Not one single KTM bike is "made in Austria". All of their frames are manufactured in East Asia. They might do some assembly and painting in their Austrian headquarters but that's about it. All in all, these are nice bikes, though.

Ive always used KMC on my 8,9,10 speeds. My Shimano 12 speed Im using a Shimano chain but I wonder if the KMC would work well on it.

Is the Rivale for round or oval heads? Will it fit ok my slim/narrow oval head?

On my 7th gold SL 11spd chain and will not use anything else, even cross chained runs well for me.

ran kmc on my 9 speed shimano setup , the chain lasted a long time with my abuse , putting on moto oil and riding through ash dumps , its the main reason im considering kmc for 12 speed as well other than my mixed brand 12speed setup;

Put box 9 ebike on mine and it broke in 2 mins…..never use or advise any one to get one.

Great insight Sir! I've tried Wipperman, Regina and few other top brands in the decades of my cycling, but for the last 15 years its been KMC all the way. The customer service from their base in Netherlands is second to no other. I had an issue with my DLS 11 (celeste) which they very kindly prepaid the postage for a like for like and Ive even now fitted the DLS black/yellow on the same bike, it is pure quality. I've had nothing but smooth operating with awesome looks on my KMC EX11 Gold hollow plate chain, it still looks 'bling' after a good clean. My new 2023 Bianchi Oltre Comp is getting the KMC X12 gold solid plate treatment before it starts to clock miles. KMC are in my opinion the best in aftermarket drive train components. Cheers

What chain can I get so I can be as lazy as possible on maintenance and still avoid rust? I live in wet and muddy Scotland. I believe my SL is a Sram alloy crank set 12 speed. And my Turbo Levo is Sram 11 speed. Thanks.

Ive got the BOX 7sp DH groupset on my ancient 2001 Schwinn Straight 8 restoMod and their 8speed going on my 1999 Schwinn Homegrown 4Banger AM

No good for anything but skinny feet. Wide version is not for wide feet

Shimano shoes are nice but the last pair that first me comfortably were the R321 and I still have a pair brand new lol! Unfortunately all new shimano shoes for some reason do not fit me properly. The only new modern shoes that fit me very comfortably are the Rapha Pro and the Classic.

Those bikes are nice but the forks are nor made by them. Those forks are from the mainland.

Enve is a fantastic brand. I first had the 4.5 texture and they were amazing ( still have them ) then upgraded to the 5.6 also texture and they were super fast ( also still have them ) and now with my new disc bike I am using the new 3.4 and boy they are comfortable and nimble!

I can vouch for the quality of genuine kmc. You don't notice any twisting of this chain especially at cross-chain position. No experience of snapping or breaking and even rusting. Make sure that it is made in Taiwan, not China.

I have KMC E9S on my mtb from dechatlon ,and guess what ,this chain dies after 500 km ,and make noises after 350 km ,i drive only to my work on road ,not in forest or somewere else .
