Pull back all of their troops back behind their original boarder and then you can start negotiations. If they don't show they will honor the original agreement how can you expect them to honor any further agreements. It's our war to lose. Russia can NOT win. As I look at these brave Ukranian soldiers in the trenches defending their homeland, I think of the thousands of Ukranian military aged men here in Ireland, relaxing here, buying their alcohol , going to pubs etc, with not a care in the world. If Armenia follows a democratic path, freedom of press and independent courts then Europe will welcome them. Just look at how far Ukraine has come in such a short period, they've increased freedom of press, less corruption, fairer justice- and equality in just recent years. Just look at Poland, once a footstool of russia and now predicted to surpass the UK in economics just because of their fraternity with the rest of the EU.
