Thanks for posting this video. It was interesting to get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes. I actually liked the original Dune better than than the new one. Mainly because the characters thoughts were narrated. The new one also downplayed the role of the guild navigators.

My favourite movie is the original Blade Runner and Mary Sean, you are still my favourite character in it (Rutger was also exceptional). One of my favorite movies was ‘ No Way Out ‘ in which you seemed to be yourself in . Whether I watched a talk show , like Letterman or later , ‘ Politically Incorrect ‘ , would depend on the guest(s) who were scheduled to appear . The only thing that let the film down was a singer who couldn't act, apart from that, holds up well against the modern version.

I think you did the right thing by not reading the script. It gave them the same breadcrumb vibe they were giving to you. They want you to grovel and this just gave them no emotional fuel to feed off. I don't think it came off as rude. It was rude of them to exclude you from the role you made famous. They are carrying the grudge. You have extended olive branch and they aren't having it. It is a bad look for them. Girl you look fabulous. There has to be some venue that wants to showcase your talents.
