Latecomer here! Dining in Serbia differs from that one in the west! Eating and drinking in Serbia is a slow motion ritual - "flirting with food...teasing...enjoying the aroma of the freshly prepared food" - unlike the western style of 'rushing it' to go back to work or being pressured by other patrons who are waiting for a table to open up!!!

You guys are cute the Burek, you're supposed to have with yogurt.. that is a must ..all the other Foods you were supposed to eat with bread literally you cannot eat the beans the cabbage rolls anything without bread... that you got to dip it in there put it in your mouth.. and eat it together with bread Trust me bread is needed... it's very rich foods and you never eat burek without yogurt ..Eva

Thank you so much for promoting Serbia! Belgrade is "fancy" the real deal food is homemade found in authentic villages. You would bu surprised by the variety of so many different tastes depending whether you found yourself in the eastern, western, norther or southern part of Serbia! Greetings from Serbia!

Interesting tour, the hearts aren't ment to be eaten they're just a symbol of love or whatever! You can get them at most Xmas markets in Europe.😊 All the food looked very delicious.
