You may want to do more research on the industry as a whole. I have been watching your channel for two years now, and right now private equity businesses are starting to invest in megachain car washes, and there are some cities that are writing new restrictions on the number of carwashes, enforced with zoning code. Since I have watched your channel, my city has built 3 new carwashes.

When you have renovated neglected car washes in the past, is the property owner always the former operator of the car wash? Have you ever taken over a lease from a former tenant (that did not own the property)?

Looking at google map reviews, people were writing reviews for it only a couple of months ago. The place has certainly got potential and will look great once a good investment has been made. This site would be great if you could buy it and redevelopment by installing new lighting new signage and possibly a repaint and it would be great if you could add a rollover possibly Ryko or Mark VII offering a soft touch program and a touchless program or a combination of both, and it would be great if you could upgrade these old jet washers with latest manual equipment offering contactless payments. I think this site has so much potential with quite a lot of room you could even build an additional wash bay for the rollover or even to rollovers one soft touch the other touchless. Overall it’s great and it would be interesting to see what happens to this location if you do decide to purchase it and go ahead with renovations.

I put money in machine and press button and money came coming out fast and three masters candy bars. I had picked up all changed and waited 20 minutes .no one came so I went on .then heard noise there's more money so I place machine on side and unplug guy came said here's the rest of your change . UH I SAID

I am a lady who runs a RV 4:34 wash .I love learning how to do easy fixes in the equipment room. I have changed out foot valves and hydrominders but need to know more. I would love a video just explaining all the dynamics of how the wash works. Show symptoms of a problem and how to easily fix it.

You can order a new plastic piece for the front of the pop machine - you could even put your name or logo on it, or turn it into another sign for your wash ;)

$12 is your most expensive wash? Wow figured it would be more in California. Is it to compete with tunnel washes? In Oklahoma I have seen $14 and $16 washes
