Once again it's time to add the Monex Group touchless payment processors at my self serve car wash. I've had a great experience with this company and my customers love the terminals with the tough screen. It's super easy to use and that's the goal for any self serve car wash is to simplify the payment process for the customer so that they can get to washing their car within seconds and no cash involved.

You should put some raised interference posts around the base, in random areas, to make it more difficult to install a skimmer which is becoming far too common these days.

I added Monex to our self serve car wash and I don’t accept coins, just debit/credit because in canada coins are used less. How do I bypass to wash the Bay’s and test equipment without paying each time???
Hey Chris, looking at installing these at my 8 bay car wash. They allow you to do multiple payment options right? I’m looking to have it count upwards, and do $2.50’for 4 minutes, then X per minute thereafter. I see they have the prepay function but curious about that. Thanks for your videos!
What was the correct number of pulses? And what do the pulses do?
Each pulse represents a coin. IE: 1 pulse = 25 cents.

Just a little QC on your graphics - at the start of your video, the blue bar that comes across with instagram/facebook is missing the "e". So facbook...
Do these work if a carwash or has signal wire to pump stand or does it need like cat 5 cables?

Chris I’m interested in seeing a video about your vacuums. Can you pay with dollars or do they just accept quarters and tokens? Have you ever installed Monex on your vacuums? Your uncle said in a video he was going to transfer his card swipers to vacuums. Did he do that?
I can make a vacuum video. Mine just accept coins. Could add cards. Maybe something to think about later on. And no Stewart didn’t bother doing it.
Did you end up putting the antenna inside or outside?
I got Monex at my car wash because of you. It has sucked. It was not plug and play like yours. I paid for them to install. They sent a guy and now one of my bays doesn’t work. Then the reader would keep going long after customers hit stop. I was losing a lot of chemical for free. I have been waiting over a month for them to update the software so I can use them! I had to cover them up and it makes customers think my wash is out of order. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST!
