Looks unstable and doesn’t look like it’s beneficial to whatever sport he plays get him doing something of lower weight focusing on form and explosiveness while still maintaining control of the weight (I’m not a professional but I have been on multiple sports teams for my city and school been to a few trainers for my team and I think they’d agree with me on this but maybe I’m wrong)
Very impressive the weight he can lift tho I just think it would benefit him more to have more control of the weight while focusing on explosiveness and intensity(that doesn’t mean more weight)
Oh, you are right. But I do feel that he probably is in a phase where they are going for max strength. If this is the only thing he does, then he is not doing it right. But if it is part of the cycle they are in, then no problem. Maybe they are even lifting for fun tobsee how much can they do it.
Damn you were sitting just one row infront of me, you can see me at 3:58 on the very right with my head turned haha. I somehow managed to actually get a picture with him, it was very quick and brief but still very memorable.
