    Interesting and will explore moving to a different room, but generally experience all of them together and the only thing that helps is taking time out to isolate (switch off phone) meditation, lying in a dark room and ideally sleep.

    Great video. Thank you for this helpful explanation. I’m diagnosed with CFS, Fibro and Migraines. Physical tiredness is what I experience the most but I do get environmental tiredness in busy/messy environments. Maybe due to sensory overload? If it is an environment like my home, I clear up or just move to a room that is tidy, dim lighting can also help.

    Im confused MECFS is chronic and has no cure So what did this patient have and whats the purpose of this Recovery story if there is no current Treatment. Seems like a naturopathic clinic with red flags “They have had the same thing as me” Yeh yeh yeh. Thats one way to win a customer. Chronic fatigue and MECFS is not the same.

    I cant locate your extremely important lectures. The dutch one and the others....i attempted to send my dad and his wife to you. They live in longview. Noone evwr called them back. I need help again now as well. I have a recent exposure to a back tick over a moth ago now the drs here in calif only gave me 10 days of doxy again. It feels like the same nightmare all over again. I lost millions in assets when i became sick in 2009 due to negligence. Please let me know a good # to get ahold of your office.

    Thank you , so much for posting this . Its so inspirational. I just finished Alex's book decode your fatigue on Audiable. I already feel like part of a whole different community and team. I can finally see a Light at the end of the tunnel and a whole different perspective on my life in every aspect. Physically, mentally and emotionally. I can see a whole new world opening up, (almost like alladin). Reflecting on the life i lived previously to getting ill makes me realise how hard i pushed myself. I expected my body to run at 100% capacity while i put in very little, and ran on fumes. I am now more aware of listening to my body and looking after myself. 😊 I cannot wait to start the program 🤗

    My CFS so started after my 3rd child's birth. A totally different life before and after. It's like I never recovered from the birth and only got worse. Been sick for 6 years. I have got somewhat better with new things I learned about how stress precitipates such conditions and also our thoughts.

    Unfortunately this video didn't really give much helpful info. But here's a couple research papers, and answers: "Insulin Resistance is Associated with Central Pain in Patients with Fibromyalgia" (100% fibro patients had insulin resistance in this study, and 79% in a source they cited) "Is insulin resistance the cause of fibromyalgia? A preliminary report" (This study found fibro to have overall higher A1C & glucose intolerance. They had a huge reduction in pain with a diabetes drug, but obviously that's not your solution to fix prediabetes.) *SOLUTIONS for insulin resistance* slash the processed carb intake-pasta , cereal, crackers, bread, pancakes, rolls, etc- & your juices/beverages, desserts. #2 you GOTTA exercise more. Strength train with body weight or resistance bands. Also, Take 10min walks after your meals whenever able.

    I did the optimum health clinic, the lightning process and Mickel Therapy and they're all pretty much the same, I see little difference in them all, i'm not sure why he's marketing them as different, other than a bit of advice on diet, ohc is the same, all of them blamed me when they didn't work and left me feeling confused what to do next, including the optimum health clinic.

    Yes please! I had my adhd medication stopped in January and have been going through a lot of stress to try and get it back, national shortage is now blocking me! I've had a full blood test - every thing is fine, kidney, liver, vitamin, thyroid, all fine! I even had an ECG and my heart is fine too. I suffer with chronic fatigue, depression and stress and the ADHD medication helped with all three due to being able to keep my home and work running as it should. Without my medication the ADHD symptoms make everything overwhelming and I feel depressed. I had a lot of childhood trauma, way above average and I now go to reiki session which I find extremely helpful and plan on going more than once a month to try and release blocked energy. I cannot go to or stand talk therapy as it's to stressful for my nervous system and makes me ten times worse as social anxiety is my hardest and most debilitating symptoms in life, therefore socialising with a therapist is excruciating and after paying for private therapy for a year and no improvement, in fact worsening, I quit! Reiki is incredible and I got more out of a couple sessions than I did in western therapy styles. Reiki is incredible for me coz I can lye down and be quiet and shut my eyes and allow the practitioner to encourage and invite healing without the stress of talking about everything. I recommend everyone with childhood trauma try it out. However, I am so frustrated at this fatigue. I look in the mirror at my 32 year old face and I see lack of vitality! I am so frustrated and the mood swinging and the lack of energy and motivation that is random on its allowance! I want to heal! Im on the right path and I eat very healthy but I'm frustrated at the speed of my healing. Looking forward to your future videos and sharing of wisdom on healing the nervous system and overcoming the fatigue that is caused by the residue of trauma. ❤

    Thank you for this video. My most recent incident was with someone who I took into my home because she couldn't find anywhere else to go. At present I am trying to heal from being the Family and community scapegoat and am the one that explodes because of not being heard or listened to. She too has been in a long-term marriage of abuse. Unfortunately, she has learnt to be thick-skinned and doesn't listen to what she is being told and is focussed so much on finding another job (at 70) so that she can be on her own and I truly feel sorry for her. She has been with me 10 days and 4 days after moving in, we had an argument where I told her that she needs to leave because she is an unsafe emotional person for me to be around. When I told her again for the 4th time on Tuesday that she needs to leave for the same reason - repeating clearly the exact words, she replied that am happy to be telling her that. This lead me to scream at her to stop doing that. The most recent one was when I had just finished mowing the lawn for 4 hours and came in on my way to shower when she stopped me to tell me something and we went from one subject to another and she asked me to take her to the nearest branch of her bank which is 50km away today and I reminded her that she had an appointment with the lady whom I have found for her to move into her house and then we went onto another subject then in the middle of me explaining and showing her on a map what I am trying to say to her, she walked away and said to me that I have kept her away from doing her CV's all day, to which I lost it and tried to say to her very calmly that she needs to hear what she is saying to me. I started shouting and she became more calm but still not listening to me. It is from this that I am trying to heal but she is making me feel guilty about her mistakes. I am trying to do what I need to in order to get by. My only problem is that I go into a scream when people don't listen and want to hear that what they are doing is hurting me more. The kindness I show is taken for granted because I shout and get angry. My house has become so stressful that my animals are feeling the tension in it.

    Okay. But I still believe M. E. has a primary cause. I lived in an aahram in the 80's. Six people (and they're the ones I know of) contracted it. Also it is now known to be passed on via "shedding." Sometimes there are more than one person in a family who contract it. And it doesn't just hit people with poor immune systems or disregulated nervous systems. Sometimes athletes and other apparently "normal" people get it too. By the way, my M. E. doctor also contracted it after a few years. Okay, you can call it a list of symptoms. But just because the actual cause (bacteria/organism/virus or whatever) is yet unable to be detected - doesn't mean there is no ROOT cause for this disease.

    I did the optimum health clinic, I started off okay, it made sense to me, I started to do more in life and then I crashed. I feel bad about leaving a comment on CZcams about it, but the therapist shut down on me and it was difficult to complain

      So sorry to hear that. Gaslighting the patient is, as we know, all too common. Presumably the person had never experienced the disease themselves. It's then oh so easy to think everyone should respond to the same to treatments - and have the same outcome. The good thing is you may have found some aspects helpful and can apply them yourself if your own time and at your own pace. Wishing you well! ❤️

    Having been trapped in the stress response for yours, due to ptsd from trauma multiple times, I thought I was winging it. I thought I was strong. Then I got the ‘flu’ in 2021 for 3 weeks and didn’t go back to my normal feeling which was already bad but not this bad. I was overwhelmed with fear on top of fear. I’m anemic. So you can imagine how I feel. 3 children, full time work and then the Home to run. I’ve been in a spiral of fear and trying to fix myself for YEARS AND YEARS. The smallest excitement sends a surge of adrenaline and cortisol through me and I shake. I need to know what to do. I am trying so hard to do all the things but truly, I have to admit now, I am stuck 🥲♥️
