Remember the Horde For Life Machinima? Just popped into my head and I just watched it. Then a wave of nostalgia hit me and I flew in here to say hi. =D

But how do you deal with clean water input and waste water output? Where does the sink go? How do you have a shower on roadtrips without plumbing? How do you go to the "bathroom"? I like the idea and those types of vehicle, if only they could handle those BASIC needs. Otherwise, why not simply save the cost and trouble and just use a cheap/small car, as you will nonetheless frequently need a proper "guestroom/accommodation" anyway? Not trying to bring you down, just hoping to find some ways to make both ends meet.

Hobbiton in Matamata, New Zealand is still open for tours, the gardens are fully functional and they use the produce to feed people at the Dragons Inn tavern and to brew the beer they make there (which the meal + a beer is added in the tour cost) Excess produce is donated to families in need. They also make the cups you drink out of. If your tour guide is kind and you ask quietly, they may let you keep the mug too! Spent my 21st there and cant wait to go back

I spent many many years travelling by myself but did not mean I ended up always traveling by myself- in fact its the best way to make NEW friends and get to know people who are different from your stay at home friends. One thing I have noticed was I am meeting a lot of interesting people ON THE ROAD....travelers, artist and entrepreneurial minds....those kind of people love to travel and a lot of them also solo.

18:20 So true, on a flight in 2022, the airline I was flying with played a video emphasising "Hygiene Excellence", and then showed how clean they were by spraying a disinfectant spray before takeoff. When I was going to put my phone in the seatback pocket, I found a sick bag- with actual vomit in it- WTF. I called the flight attendant, and she didn't seem very shocked by it, and probably assumed that I was the one who had thrown up in the bag, even though I told her that it was there from before.
