I love anything RC for the most part and I also love to play guitar, those videos are on my other channel, "Bits and Pieces" link below. The posts here were originally just for fun so I can easily share them with friends and anyone else who may enjoy RC videos as well. I like to watch RC videos of good drivers ripping it up for most of the video and that's the kind of videos I try to make. I now have an XMaxx, XRT, Maxx V1 and Maxx V2 and a DJI Mini 3 Pro. I do have quite a few others but those are my main RC's that I like to run and record video with. I am very surprised and grateful on how many people now watch my videos. I hope to get more comments and suggestions from everyone. When I can get my dirt out here laid out the way I originally planned then I can finally string the jumps and tricks together much smoother and will be able to make better videos. That is my plan. XMaxx Wide Maxx - Still The Basher King - Badland Tires - Stock Motor And ESC - 09-08-2023
The XMaxx got knocked around today. Right as I was getting warmed up the pinion gear shredded. It lasted almost two years, very happy with that. It was running a DGI Racing hardened steel 20t pinion and 50t spur gear and I will go back with the same gearing, for me it's the best overall gear for the XMaxx when running the stock motor and esc. When the esc eventually goes out I have a Hobbywing Max 6 ready to go right in. I am running 100 weight shock oil in the rear and 80 weight in the front, 20 million diff fluid in the front and rear diff but I didn't put enough in the rear and I have to redo it. Vitavon drive cups, Vitavon lug nuts, HR Racing steering horn and steering link and a Protek 370TBL servo which is going out and will be replaced with a Reef's Raw 500. I also replaced the front knuckles and rear hubs with Proline knuckles and rear hubs, they are just like the RPM hubs but I like the way these look better and I use threaded hinge pins on the outside of the upper and lower control arms all around and it handles perfectly for me... A really good run overall and I got some pretty good jumps in about the halfway point in the video... The Smart batteries came in last week, I've been waiting on them since late May. Still waiting on the Supermoto tires and wheels. Very happy with the batteries right now, I forgot to time the run. I also took off the lean bars and messed with the MS6X rate and finally settled on about 1/3 rate....

This truck always puts a smile on my face, it is a tank and runs very strong. I ordered this thing five weeks ago today and it came in yesterday. When I ordered everything at Horizon Hobbies it stated that everything was in stock on the website, of course they were not. I ordered the battery charger and two Spektrum 5000mah 100c batteries as well, the battery charger came in three days, almost five weeks for the bike and I am still waiting for the batteries to be shipped...

I got rained out once again this afternoon but as a consolation I was able to get this video after the storm. I got about 15 minutes of video so I cut it down quite abit. The XRT did really good this run and it took quite a beating with only one minor break, the right rear hinge pin came out which was quickly repaired and back out to finish the run. First time running belted tires on the XMaxx. I have another set on the XRT. Right now they are my favorite Proline tires. I have the Trenchers with bead lock wheels, (For the XRT, XMaxx and another set for the TRX4) and I have the Badlands and now the Mashers. Great idea for protecting the Jersey and fender. I’ve been in the hobby since TAMIYA released the Hornet, Frog, Hot shot etc. I have been into The Traxxas X-MAXX since the day it was released when worked in a family members hobby shop. The XRT & Kraton 8S are also favorites. That said, the PROmoto MX is the most impressive surface R/C to come along in a LONG time. It’s sick as you can see in this vid, but the burst time you see it in person, see the size, pick it up and feel the weight,& the take it for a burst..you will immediately make buying one the most important thing in your life. Since I got mine, I probably haven’t driven my X-MAXX or Kraton half as much as I was. Award for best new R/C surface vehicle in 2023 should definitely go to the PROmoto. Losi knocked this one Wayyyy out of the park.🔥🔥🔥⚡️🏁😎✌🏼

I ordered the bike on the 22nd of May and it came in July 21st. I have only driven it three times so far. It has been unusually hot this year. I'm not so good right now but I will get better when I can get more run time on it once these temps go down over here. Many thanks to you!

@@tompendley1172 my son age 36 loves it my grandson age 11 ( we only let him run on 50% & only in wide open field) loves it & me age 61 absolutely love it -we have two the green & red and waiting on the blue - with these being made in China and me seeing a CZcams video in China and people driving the bike their,they are on their way of going INTERNATIONAL - so it may take time for my last one to come in which is the blue one

Are you running at 50-75-or 100% which one and which mode are you driving in dirt or on road I don’t believe it’s on wheelie mode
I have been running it on 100% the entire time. I always run it in wheelie mode, I have tried the other modes but I prefer wheelie, usually keeps me from looping out... Honest.

Good move running in wheelie mode. Keeps the damage down. I run pavement, grass, and dirt at the same time, and I don’t crash as much. FYI, FM2RC has a link for beer bottle sleeve for$6, looks like tactical vest fits perfect, and looks a little better than your hospital treated rider lol. Good video. Love mine to death!
Thanks, I was hoping to get used to running it before I started using the other modes, dirt and street hoping to minimize damage. Also thanks for the info for the tactical vest and beer bottle sleeve. I didn't have anything else laying around so I went with the athletic tape that I got on eBay a while back.

What type/kind of tape did you use to tape elbows please provide link or tell me name , brand, & where you purchased it from Please
It's athletic tape, it's not sticky just grippy. I bought this on eBay but you can find this stuff just about anywhere and in many colors. Walmart, Amazon, eBay etc and it's very cheap as well. Seemed to work pretty good for me.
