I had something similar with my crossfitters when i used to be a crossfit coach. The ones that would get it really fast were the ones that did some sort of hopping, gymnastics, or dancing.

Zlatev probably weighed more than 82.5 kg here, but if he weighed exactly that, then this clean and jerk would be within 0.72 of the Sinclair Naim made with his clean and jerk in Seoul.

This movement teaches the correct movement pathway of the arms during the performance of the snatch. The bar should not be swung, but rather pulled and pushed. No other alternatives are possible with this movement.
Bulgarian team doubtless was Titans of Olympic Weithlifting back then.

I'm the sweaty individual in this video: Coach Takano has me do this at the end of pretty much every workout because I don't extend fully up onto my toes during the triple extension. This has been helping me with that big time.

Yes! Guenchev is one of the greatest lifters for all time in weightlifting history!!!
Don't worry about the amount of weight, at least initially. The purpose of the exercise is to work the relevant bodyparts while they are in the best position. It also teaches the action of the arms pushing the body down into the low squat. It's not just about getting stronger. It's about reinforcing the feeling of the correct position.

The wider stance takes the stress of the spinal erectors and places it on the hamstrings.
What are you thoughts on using a little bounce to get the bar moving? I find that I can use dramatically higher loads that way. Maybe I just need to work on shoulder strength?

Elated I stubled onto this video. Appreciate CZcams for this kind of info... My friend used to be bullied. He stated he was about to get bigger. I did not believe him. Right up until before long he added 40lbs of absolute lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google). He doesn't get bullied any longer. I personally subscribed last week. Not to mention this mans emails are fucking great!

Bulgatia still has great young teams, but they rarely develop into serious athlets later, keep in mind, very few people practice this sport now a days
He's jerking on fingertips because that's the only way he can hold the weight on his shoulders. For your problem, you first need to have a coach take a look at your jerking technique to make sure you're technically sound. You probably need to do a lot more jerking assistance work. Hope this helps!
