I personally think show creators are not sure what their show is actually about . Show started as pardoy of Simpsons, but as the time gone by it becomes parody of it self.. and as it goes further it becomed forced humor..

We have met Leslies mom (also gov employee in Pawnee) and her father passed when she was a child. Where would this money come from? It's more realistic that she shops for good deals on presents, plans her finances and saves. She is Leslie after all, who is impulsive at times but overall extremely intelligent. The house is modest for a small Indiana town and easily affordable for her. She also uses gov vehicles as shown in the first few seasons, so she doesn't have car debt. Her furnishings and outfits are lackluster and likely knockoff. With her world view, what else would she prefer to spend her money on than the people she cares for most?

Louise wears bunny ears because she’s transmasc and it’s a dysphoria blanket hiding her long hair and making her more comfortable with presenting as a girl!!! That’s also why she wants to slap Booboo (a combo of attraction and gender envy), she hates being girly or associating w girls at all, she’s downright terrified of girl puberty, she’s mostly just friends with guys except when forced to be around the girls, she’s always trying to act tough and invulnerable to prove herself as a tough guy and not just some girl; she hates associating w womanhood (Linda and Tina girl nights) but loves associating w manhood (Bob and Gene boys movie nights), she relates more with Bob than Linda (not bc she doesn’t like her, she’s just uncomfortable with the expectations of girlhood in mother-daughter relationships and just fundamentally can’t relate to her)

I know its a cop but I'm kinda glad they didn't go with George's cheating event. So many of the young Sheldon fans have not watched a single episode of Big Bang Theory, and it would have been a little drastic to some for George to do that.

I disagree with your premise that Sheldon is the main character of TBBT. Leonard is the main character and the show is his coming of age story, how he moves from a manchild to a man. When he finally grows up he sets the example first for Howard then Sheldon, and Raj fails to follow. That is why the later seasons include the girls, because the boys are now emotionally ready for them.

While I'm a fan of disfunctional family series like Family Guy, and I love dark humour shows like South Park, Bob's Burgers really is a breath of fresh air in the adult cartoon realm. I love that the family, while all having done some shady stuff, are actually good people and a great family. It's a wholesome show. No one gets unwarranted hatred and abuse, and it's still super funny and witty Edit: spelling
