i started crying at 1:19
This is amazing, thank you so much. I was wondering if you could make a video where you explain about how to deal with stage fright and what are the tips to get rid off the anxiety in that matter? Would be awesome and I am sure I am not the only one struggling with that:)
Jonathan Bailey’s acting is mind blowing! In every scene of Bridgerton he delivers breath taking perfomance. They are all good actors but Bailey is whole new level of acting no doubt.
Please react to Jacob Anderson & Sam Reid on Interview with The Vampire show when Lestat confessed his love for Louis then turned Louis into a vampire, they were covered in blood but their acting and chemistry were so intense
Yes but you didn’t tell us how to get over ourselves. I know all of the things you said but still it strikes me in the moment and I’m paralyzed it’s debilitating and I know how good I am. It’s just in the room, I feel trapped.
I did not cry
I will never understand the fascination with this woman. Mediocre singer, dancer and actress 😐 the white Jennifer Lopez
Yeah....that didn't work for me...
Remember the name CLERENCE
Remember the name Clerence
this worked for me but also try to hold your yawn and not blink
HOLY SHIT! That worked INSANELY WELL!
Wow, this was awesome, learned a lot.
Yup. I did it.
This was wicked entertaining and enlightening as a non-actor. Can you do one for the newest season of Bridgerton?? Please??? ❤❤❤❤
oh my gosh this helped so much. I have two NYSSMA auditions next weekend and it just clicked for me now. thanks !!!!! :))

My question is if you are doing a film scene and you have to shout, do you shout or do you not over do the shout letting the microphone or boom pick it up? I'm concerned about emotion like shouting out of being frantic, do you lower the shout for film? I hope this question is clear.
My advice would be to let the sound recorder figure out what they need to do to capture good audio on your performance. For tv/film acting, just make it real without any thought about it being too loud or soft. It will be what it will be. If you need to shout, shout. If they need you to make an adjustment on volume for some reason, they’ll let you know.
Britney didn't do a bad job at all. But I feel like she rushed through her lines. Even though it was just the audition, I just saw Britney reading the lines... not Allie. She didn't transform into the character, in my opinion.
Love this breakdown, im not really particularly into acting but this is cool to know!
Oh no! I wanted to show that I am exited and was barely jumping in the self tape…well I will eliminate that movement in the next audition. Thank you!
this is one of the best scene analysis videos ive ever seen!! everything was explained so well and thoroughly! i love the attention to detail and the information of various aspects that go into filming a scene that i havent realized before such as pre choreographing the scenes/blocking and choosing which shots to take at what time to express the feelings (intimacy of the characters aligning with intimacy of the camera shots) ive gained so much insight!
Thank you for the thoughtful comment! Appreciate it!
That’s crazy!!!!!
Ok thanks but....how do I stop now?😅
Please react to Chinchilla’s 1:5 live performance, as well as her Fingers Live and Little Girl Gone Requiem Live performances
Solid advice.
I love the switch in this scene. How he's asking if she can breathe as she struggles to breathe and as you said, she was the "damsel in distress" but he sort of takes over that role as she comforts him.
With the fact that the people seem in the room I would guess that they only added music for when they posted it online
I think the key with the competition one is really you can see them as competition but don't treat them like competition. I find that advice generally comes from a place of "don't be difficult to work with, egotistical" etc.
Anthony is a principled gentleman, he would've freaked out and wanted to save no matter whom the bee stung; this scene is about her learning he has fears and strong emotions and also showinng that she can handle that. It's more about her taking care of him (and realizing that she wants to) than him taking care of her.
I don’t believe that. I think had it been someone he didn’t care about, his reaction more and likely would have been fear and he would run. Principled or not, there is no gentleman in fear, hence the reason he also didn’t consider how this interaction would like from a no context outsider perspective.
@@NoFirstNoLastName I think it's demonstrating both, how much he cares for her and also how she can can take care of him when he demonstrates vulnerability. He panics because he thinks he can't save her and she swoops in and instead saves him from having a panic attack. It's very layered.
😂no,i can't cry
What do you mean you wouldn't save someone who you don't care about? Of course that isn't true for a lot of people. Strangers rescuing other strangers is very much a thing. 5:42
I agree. I’ve never read the books but I interpreted his fear as being about his father, not about her. That bee takes him back to the moment his childhood ended. Her strength and composure steady him, an experience lacking since he lost his father. The panic reveals that his behaviour toward Edwina is emotional armour not lack of character. This is the moment that creates connection between the characters. Without it, the enemies to lovers trope doesn’t make sense.
You are not incorrect, some people would save someone they didn't care about. I would say with the context that one had to risk their own life or face their own fears to save another would drastically reduce the number willing to save someone they didn't care about.
It’s been my experience that if a trauma has occurred as it did for Anthony and his father, it will most likely create a phobia. If a person with whom there was not strong emotion….say a stranger or an acquaintance turned up in a situation that activated that trauma response, the most likely scenario would be to freeze, or run away, possibly run for help or start screaming for help. For Anthony it feels like his feelings for Kate, however suppressed, and her close proximity, seeing the bee sting her, brought back the trauma of his father’s death and melded with his deep concern for her. He froze momentarily had a trauma response but did not leave her side. I think her response to him by taking his hand a reassuring him that she was okay brought to reality that it wasn’t just his father he was reacting to. And then for the time, both of them touching each other as they did would have been considered very intimate, creating more feeling between them. All these things together feels like it would have shaken Anthony to his core, which I feel is what the actor portrayed 😊
I think he is referencing the trauma. Anthony more and likely if it had been a stranger would have run in fear…which would have been a perfectly acceptable response to the trauma. Saving a person from something you fear or have trauma is a very different thing. This is an extreme example, but take a victim of assault. They witness an assault happening to a stranger, and the first response would probably be fear fight or flight whereas if they will experience a loss by running away, the person they care about, they more and likely will switch to fight.
I need to fake cry for an assignment tomorrow and this helped so much
I cried....😢
I love the way Jonathan/Anthony’s expression subtly and seamlessly transitions from being annoyed at Kate to fear after seeing the bee. A lot of actors in this series tend to be over dramatic but Jonathan does it so well.
Jonathan and Simone are fab actors
💯
of all the seasons including QC I really like Jonathan's acting the most.
He also just happens to be the best actor on the show - even better that RJP ever was on the show
@@LouiseAndersen1991 cannot disagree :D
Id say best male actor , Queen Charlottes older actress and lady Danbury are just as good
He's so good. I love him.
Of the male leads the show has had, he is by far the best actor and i includd the Queen Charlotte show... I have hopes for Luke Thompson to lead, who i also think it's just as talented of an actor
I love these types of technical breakdowns of iconic scenes. they really help you appreciate the writing and filmmaking process. Please keep them coming!
I ALMOST DID
this scene ....gets me every single time. the eye depth from Simone is ridiculous...
i love it!!!
This guy’s videos are the best

I’m trying really hard
Hi Could you tell me how to get
Cool. “How to feel more confident?” - “You just gotta be more confident.”
Soo basically do reels and headshot that suits best for you??
O my 😂 i learned like in 3 seconds
Having actors be your competition. To a degree I agree. But this can also perpetuate toxic relationships enviroments. some people will take competition as a threat, so they’re way of being will be a survival based life. You can have competition and be your best every time, without making people who are the same field and who look like you , your enemy. Abundance mindset, always be your absolute best, let that be yourself expression.
First tip: Don't use a ring light.
