Left Donna Tx, America at 9:30pm on a Friday night, arrived at 2:40am at Snows BBQ in Lexington, TX. We were #s 17,18 and 19 in line. I felt proud that we made the journey and was convinced we were the few hard-core people that were willing to make a trip of several hundred miles. But behind us was a family from Argentina, another from Paris and the first guy in line (who set up camp the night ...

Looks like a beautiful place…was this actually yesterday June 28th? We’re having a difficult time finding a clear water spot in a river with this crazy drought. Any info would be appreciated!!!
@oscaryanez9934 this was on from the 22nd-26th at the NRRCR. Water wasn't as high as in previous years, but it was good and enjoyable.
El Sancho Tex Mex BBQ in Mission is another breakfast spot worth a shot. 🤙🏻
That was our original choice brother. But it was closed for their summer break😢
Love your videos carnal, I’m gonna be going to the Valley in 3 weeks, from San Anto. I want BBQ, should I go Teddys en Weslaco, GW BBQ in San Juan or 492 BBQ En Mission?
Haven't tried 492 yet so I don't have an opinion on that one. However, you honestly can't go wrong with Teddys and GWs. GWS has a larger seating area with a wide menu and great sides. Teddys has some of the best Ribs known to man.
Cost of that much food?
you silly dude I would never ver ever ever ever wake up that early and wait that long just for bbq. I rather just make it at home
Love good bbq 💯😎
This looks really good 🤤
Un chicharron en salsa pa la muela
Snows is good, not the best. Of course I know that’s subjective but I’ve eaten at nearly every bbq spot in TX. All the Lockhart, Austin, Dripping Springs, East Tx and Houston spots. I own a part of Rudy’s and I have to admit I will always believe the old Smoky Joes on I-30 was the best. RIP Joe
Yes
@800- 808!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks burnt lol
Just a lil bit😂😂. Honestly the best parts though.
@@ironsurge64 shiat just brush it off a little and dip in salsa. It's fire

NICE BUCKET LIST CHECKED IFF SWEET
Backyard BBQ collab?! Got my Weber Smokey Mountain ready! Great stuff guys!
Tsssss
Nothing better than hanging out and eating bbq. Great video!
Aunty Tootsie is the main attraction
From now on, every BBQ Chronicles video u upload ima LIKE first then watch ahahah! To bad the food was not that great, i expected better. I mean, if u have to sauce the brisket.... How can they fail Mc&Cheese, dry AF need more wetness and creamyness. That was some generous ratings, i believe that was bcuz of the Chicken fried steak <3 haha understanbable cuz that loooked YUM! Pls, if u dont mind include prices in future videos. I live in Norway theres never a line for BBQ here, Brisket price is 120$/lb or 240$/kg hahahahah! Ribs they charge us 80$/lb or 160$/kg
WTF! that number 2 ribs looks sexy AF! Juicy, looks tender, looks much better than the ribs u guys had at Snows BBQ!
Im so glad i found your channel, pls keeeep these videoes coming! Food looks delicious. Refreshing to see honest great ratings, and not "EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT" That must be some great delicious sausage! Not sure if thats worth the looooong q, when theres so many good BBQ around that area
Thank you! Will do!
What's in the mop?
Vinegar based BBQ Sauce
Nope! I’m never going to wait in line for hours. I’ll leave that to others.
Then you’ll never have great bbq
@@funkychorizo6935 Wrong!
@@funkychorizo6935 incorrect, there are plenty of great bbq joints that you don’t have to start sitting in line 8 hours before they’re open.
No one cares
Never say what you'll never do.
Wait. So the brisket was mid? Thats the whole reason I wanted to take the long drive over there. Sad to hear. Kinda changing my mind.
Brisket was very good. Very tender, just outshined by the other meats. That's a good thing I'd say.
Place is not that good at all I would not recommend going early and waiting in line for so long
I was not impressed with the brisket. The day we went the pork steaks were very good. To me and my wife we will not go back.
It’s good bbq, but you go to Snows for the experience.
@@mikebowerstv bbq was trash but I agree that you go for the experience
@ 3:50 it’s that Mexican Taco Instinct
Bryan from “Tales from the pits “”recommended getting the whole pork shoulder instead for having them slice it in the counter, I guess it leave the pork juicer on the plate
Next time try Orleys BBQ and choche BBQ- I think choche is the best
Where are they located and what don you recommend ? We'll add em to the list?
Nice
todo muy bien pero no filmes mucho tiempo el rostro filma el paisaje
hola, en que fecha hiciste tu treking por salkantay?
Fuimos en Julio. Lleven chamaras de agua. Llueve pocko. Pero no para aruinar el viaje. Disculpe, mi espanol no es mui bueno.
What company did you complete the trek with?
I also to know: what season of the year was this?
This was in July. We got a little rain the first day of the trek. But not an issue after that.
Oh thanks. I will in march
@@sertaobuda how was the weather when you trekked? I will plan to hike in March 2020
@@landflame Yes, I did Salkantay trek in March. It rained two days, but it wasn't big deal for me, because I enjoyed so much. I'm going to Peru again in March 2020.
@@sertaobuda Thanks for the reply! So you did a self-guided or with tour/guided hike? My original plan was to go for a solo hike of Saint Cruz trek, but many people suggested me not go as March may be the peak rainfall reason in which disastrous flooding and/or land- mud-slide may occur. Thus I decided to switch to Salkantray but the weather is still one of my top concerns.
what season of the year was this?
this was in july.
what company did you use?
I booked with a Hostel by the name of VIP House Hostel. They charge $220 USD
@@ironsurge64 Did you book this tour way in advance or you book it when you get at the hostel? Thanks. The trek looks amazing. I am planing to go on September.
@@PhoenixRider1 just show up bro. never book anything in advance in south america. trips leave daily and plenty of companies to price around.
@@ironsurge64 I really appreciated the tip. Will do. Thanks again bro 👍😁
@@ironsurge64 Hi Sergio. I couldn't make it this year due to an accident, so my trip have to push back to next May or June. One more question, when you book this tour, does it included the cost of the ride to the start of the Salkantay trail and the entrance fee to Machu Pichu ? Or you have to pay separately, from what've learned that they only allow limited amount of people into the Machu Pichu. Many thanks in advance for your help.
