The show featured never before performed deep cuts such as “Big Boss Man,” and new songs such as “If You Talk In Your Sleep,” “It’s Midnight,” “Promised Land” and “Good Time Charlie’s Got The Blues.” The new format was utterly brilliant but critics and fans alike longed for a more hits centric show so Elvis immediately reverted back to his original format, save for the new songs, and never again changed his show in such a drastic manner. ces comme même incroyable cette transformation quand ont le voi en 1968 le show tv après Elvis a fait des costumes et jumpsuits de plus en plus voyant et qui devait pesé lours ont dirait qu' il voulait occupé toute l attention .

Souvent ont entend dire qu' Elvis fesait toujours les mêmes chansons mais il lui arrivait de changé les chansons pour changé comme ce formidable show mais Elvis disait le public ne réagissaient pas comme sur des chansons cc rider Amen I got women ont entend pas les hurlements traditionnels et parfois Elvis disait je suis déçu le public ne réagi pas . Alors il a continué sur le show traditionnel. On peut comprendre Elvis moi ce concert j adore du début à la fin. Un show complètement différent sensationnel. Je voudrai vous remercié infiniment pour ce joyau de concert complètement rare par apport qu' Elvis a voulu faire un show different ces grandiose ce qui me déçoit ces la réaction pas très motivé du public .

He sounds a bit hoarse in this performance, just as he did in the 1968 Comeback Special. Soon after this the hoarseness went away as he worked his voice out regularly after a 9-year-absence from the stage.

I would love to have seen this concert you can almost feel some nervousness and vulnerability, not as polished as his later Vegas shows. He doesn't come across as confident as he did in the 68 comeback probably not knowing how he would be received but how would he have known that Vegas would be a new era for him, raising him even further. Oh the greatness of this man, he was a phenomenon
