Use an automatic information filling web tool, and for captchas, always do the audio captcha, it's way easier it says a word and you type it and it's never ambiguous unless you're deaf. That or you can answer easy riddle type questions, if you don't understand just regenerate. Both take less time than having to click the images

Loved that , just got into running and I ran my fastest park run 5k , which was only 39 minutes but Im 56 ! Doing it everyday for a month ...maybe one day

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

You have to do more than 100 same as when people did snail 🐌 mail contests. You have to put in thousands until it starts paying off. This is kinda a hobby. You've got to keep going, not stop after 100 .

Yeah it's bs as a lot of these comps are to simply to get you to subscribe and then they probably use some sort of algorithm that checks if you are a new subscriber or old and if new then tough luck but an older subscribers have better chance or some nonsense like that, you have to enter at least 50 per day for 2 months or something to win a free dinner or a pair of tights, I guess there like scratch cards which are equally a load of old poo regarding a worthy win, on saying all that it doesn't hurt to try so to all keep on trying and laws of average something will come through, so good luck to all out there

No movement on the final scale but you were wearing clothes on that time , you'd be surprised how much weight the clothes add so you probably lost 0.5 - 0.8 kg
