Excellent video. I do have a question that I hope you could help with. 1999 w210, 606 EDC with 7.5mm pump and upgrade turbo from Luke UK. I too have the DSL1 controller from Baldur but that is where I need assistance. Baldur doesn't have a base program to start with so I can fine tune, I need to start from scratch. Who programmed your DSL1? Did you do it yourself or did someone do it for you? I want to enjoy my car but I can't with the original computer running the show. You can feel the potential but the fueling is way off with the original program. I'm a mechancal engineer with extensive auto background and this DSL1 is a challange for me. Please advise if you could be so kind. Thanks! BTW, I'm surprised you kept the EDC with the manual transmission. Why didn't you just go manual pump?

Btw I still have a question about those engine mounts you have on your M111. I would like to move from the stock ones.

And if you want to make your standard 5 speeder into a short shifter, extend the gearshifter arms to the linkage with approximately 5-6cm. This can also help the shifter feel tighter. Just a heads up, when doing this, change the length of the the part nearest the linkage, because it is an absolute pain in the ass to assemble back again if you cant line up the holes close to the shifter.

Echt gelungen 👍🏻 bin am überlegen, ob ich einen w210 290 TD kaufe. Weiß noch nicht wie teuer bzw günstig er ist, aber der Motor ist halt cool. Aus ihm kann man wohl recht einfach einige PS rausholen, ohne das man es ihm ansieht. 2026 bekäme er ein H Kennzeichen, was es doch interessiert macht.
