How To Get the Best Glasses for You - Don't Pay For What You Don't Need / Optician Explains
Why do after 3 was of caterers surgery I still has blurred vision? I have done cataract surgery at Eyeruss by Dr.Sunil Vasani Mumbai. Pls advise
After 3 weeks
My cataract surgery was a big failure, the surgery itself is quick and easy, no pain, a few months later I had to have laser surgery it didn't work either, my vision is worse than it was before the surgery, my eyes water and feel like I have something in my eye all the time, I found out afterwards was that I went to one of the worst places I could have went to. Do your research first, I wished I had, my sister has to have cataract surgery and she picked her own, the top of the list,
The colors where so vibrant after surgery I spent days just looking around the house it was amazing
Great presentation. No wasted time.
I am from Mauritius island so am waiting for cataract surgery so yur explanation.has interested me where are from. Thanks a lot .
i got glasses after surgery vision really blury was told needed time to get use to wearing glasses still have blurinessand that was over a month agoi dont feel i even see as well as i did before surgery and dont know what to do
If I have my prescription, can I order my glasses on line?
I had it in my left eye. The doctor asks for $2500,00 for the lens. I found out the lens was only $975.00. Why is he so crook? Now I won't go back for the second eye.
I placed a book and I tried to read the book 5 feet away and some of the words were a lot blurry I think my eyesight is a little bit bad
I'm wondering about the glasses I have now...I'll have my right done next week but my left eye will have to wait...will I still wear these glasses??
I had.acatarack surgery which got wrong the cataract broke.inoparation and it is2yrs and can see
My cousin recently had surgery on one eye, and had very little improvement, just brighter. But he was already at 40%. Is this problem genetic or lifestyle? He says just old age, but he's only 7 years older than me, so I don't get it. I'm sure he looks handsome with an eye patch but I would look ghastly for sure. Sadly I suggested he go for a bike ride, and he told me his perception is bad and people yell at him on the road.
It's a new dawn
i had my right cataract removed after 10 days, I felt foreign object roaming around inside my eye, it feels rough, a little bit painful & sometimes when I wink the upper right corner is a bit painful but in just a while. I feel the lens implanted is dislocated. Is it possible?
I had mine done May & June 2022. Left was 1st due to a scar a Dr left from scrapping to check shingles infection. Obviously he didn't know what the heck he was doing! So the cateract surgery didnt change or improve a darn thing !!!!. I have sarcoid uveitis & don't think the inflammation was as low as it SHOULD have been. As far as I'm concerned it was a COMPLETE waste of time!
Had cataract surgery in both eyes last month. Have increased floaters, scarring behind the lens, dry eyes that’s making my vision blurry at times. Vision is fine but can’t stand the cloudy vision!!! Any suggestions ? Putting castor oil to help.
Can dilation cause permanent light sensitivity iam facing from car bike headlight before it was not there doctor said its because of dry eyes but i don't think so
I just had color red surgery 2 weeks ago I never have seen this good and I am 68 years old I am going back to to the doctor this week and hopefully I can have my right eye done soon right now I am wearing my contact in one eye that has not been done yet I have to wear reading glasses over the counter for now I am so happy that I got this done
Checking Lady Wearring Panty Capri Braw Shirt Glasses
Thanks for your helpful reassuring commentary, I wasn't aware the distance of my vision would be changeable during the operation. Since I am due a second operation 2 months after the 1st to remove a cataract from the other eye, should I choose the close view for both and if so, will distance come back as well, please?
Why are you wearing glasses???
Great cideo

My right eye is -11 and left eye is -10 ,any solution for it
I have read so many bad reviews about cataract replacement surgery now I'm terŕified
I had cataract surgery after a vitrectomy. When looking at things close up I can see a dark semi-circle on the right, like the edge of the new lens. Is this common and can it be fixed? Thanks.
My vision is still blurry after 5 weeks after surgery , is that normal ?
I had PRK and it destroyed my vision. It was the worse decision I ever made and it destroyed my life and has destroyed the lives of so many others. I didn’t develop any vision issues until about a year after the surgery. You may be fine now but you can develop vision issues and/or severe eye pain years after the surgery. You are also more prone to all sorts of things like corneal ectasia, detached retinas, early onset cataracts, etc. Even if you don’t develop noticeable symptoms, your eyes are still damaged structurally. The cornea was never meant to be cut open. I wish every single day I could go back and not have it and be able to haveperfect vison with glasses and soft contact lenses again. Unfortunately, I can’t go back in time but at least I can warn others about how dangerous these procedures are so maybe they won’t have to suffer like me. These scum bag ophthalmologists will never tell you any of this. If they believe in its safety and efficacy then why is that criminal on the right wearing glasses? It’s because he knows what these procedures are really like and doesn’t want to butcher his own eyes. These people are pure evil.
Go for it ,A1
I had my cataract surgery on the 9th of April 2024 (about 2 weeks ago. I was wide awake for it and did feel the speculum and some tiny pinpricks. As I'm not squeamish, I didn't bounce off a wall (not that I could). Of course I had a sterile drape over my face so I couldn't see things coming my way but i could ear what was being said. Prior to the surgery they placed numbing drops in my eyes, and once inside the theatre an IV in your forearm to relax you so you don't move, or get up and run, oxygen tubing, more numbing drops and a needle around the orbital area. You lie flat (no pillow for the head to lie on but you position your head in something to be comfortable. I certainly felt relaxed but I never dozed off as some people do. Is that because I'm a slim female and petite and younger than most cataract patients, I don't know? As I'm introverted and think a lot anyway, I was able to preoccupy myself easily. Time passed quickly for me. It took about 30 minutes for the procedure itself. But they spend 10 minutes making sure you're comfortable and prepared before they begin. Everything went smoothly and I was asked what I would like to eat after I was wheeled out. I hadn't eaten for 21 hours. I do 16:8 intermittent fasting because of the energy and clarity it gives me, and gosh! did I feel clearheaded and energetic after this surgery. Everything was brighter and sharper and vivid immediately. Only the left eye was done this time and that was completely blurred (think of a mirror that gets fogged up in the bathroom after a steamy shower). I go back in three weeks time to be booked in to get the right eye done (that's not bad). I wasn't a private patient; I had it done in Adelaide at the Royal Adelaide Hospital (the best hospital ever!). I was looked after and my surgeon (the whole team) were women. So good was it I didn't want to leave.
LOL the picture looks so funny😂
I forgot to use my moxifloxacine for 2 days.. oh god.
Will neurolenses work after cataract surgery?
Thanks for explaining this
Tge surgeon never spoke to me about what was going on, neither did tge nurses...I thought they wud have....surgery went well tho n my eyesight is good...wished they had spoke to me tho...
Very nicely done. Everything you said with the exception of the yag I have experienced. Vision is great now, so glad I did it and I’m so glad I found your narrative that will help others in the future to understand the process and help calm their nerves.
A perspective.
Hey, doctor My mom has got cataract in her eye from past 5 years , she also a patient of diabetes. Should i adopt for cataract surgery or not?
Can we can play sports as professional player like football after cataract surgery?
Lordy , I went totally blind b 4 I went 2 Dr , worst 6 mons of my life , could've been worst . Sitting here scared all 4 nothing , surgery was only 7 days apart . Only thing my left eye took bout 45 mins ,it was kinda bad .I had been blind in it about 4 yrs ,didn't think it was cateracts . Thank the Lord , the surgeons , I can see to Egypt now .!!!!!💯👀👀👀👀👀👀🌠
U can see to Egypt now ,that comment was gold,so glad everything went well for u I'm about to get mine done soon ,can't wait to see the world through different eyes.
I have pellucid marginal degeneration in one eye, is it safe to do warm compresses ?
I`ve found that optometrists like to rush through those selections of 1 or 2 or 3 without giving you enough time to focus after looking through different lenses on that machine, the eyes need to adjust, takes a little more than a split second sometimes, it`s very annoying how they race through it and probably why some prescriptions don`t turn out so great
Thanks for this video everyone. My mom is getting this done in a month on both eyes and she’s nervous. She’s 75 years old so I’m watching this so I can explain to her other’s experience. Thanks everyone for posting your experience it’s very helpful❤
Very helpful. Thank you
Was recently diagnosed with a cataract in my left eye. I wear bifocals, and for nearsightedness. Been wearing glasses since I was around 7 years of age,and so used to wearing them. What will happen to them after cataract surgery???
I wish the doc would have told me that I would be far sighted after. I hate it.
