According to the Blue Book requirements, "You should provide the following documents, preceded by a table of contents showing the list of documents in the PDF, point by point, in the following order." While it does not explicitly state that you will be excluded if you fail to include the table of contents, it may result in your application being invalidated. Best regards! 🇪🇺🌟

Hi @ilonazabrytska3746, If you have completed your Master's degree but have not yet received the diploma, you can justify its inclusion in the "Education" section with the transcript of grades. However, if you have not finished your Master's degree at the time of your application, you should not include it. Indicating ongoing studies under the Education section can be a reason for exclusion. Best of luck!

Hello @davidpopelka1702! I'm sorry we couldn't respond sooner. This is an activity we do in our free time, and unfortunately, we have been inactive on CZcams for a few months. I hope the situation has been resolved conveniently. We are responding now in case anyone else finds themselves in a similar situation: Generally, the date that determines the completion of your degree is when the final mandatory grade is formally recorded in the academic register. Graduation is typically a social and academic event where a symbolic diploma is awarded. However, the actual completion date is considered to be when the final course or thesis is recorded in your academic record (usually about 15 days after the results are published). Ideally, you should refer to the academic calendar, where the university should include the period for closing records. Best regards!

Hi Lucie! You should include your TOEIC certificate in the Languages section. You only need to specify your level in the "eligibility" or the "nor declared" (depending on the language) and include the language certificate in the attached files. Remember to create a table of contents and to follow this order: 1. A copy of a valid passport or identity card proving the nationality indicated in the application form. 2. Copies of all university degrees indicated in the application form and/or transcripts from the relevant university (i.e. list of subjects studied each year). 3. Copies of certifications/licenses obtained, as indicated in the application form, if applicable (eg. IT certifications, TOGAF, ITIL, Bar exams, CPA, CFA...). 4. Copies of evidence of all declared work experience in the home country, as indicated in the application form, if applicable. 5. Copies of evidence of all international experience indicated in the application form, if applicable. Best of luck!

You can use secondary school transcripts to prove a B level for the second language. You will need to show that the language courses were taken and passed at the declared level. Hola Sergio, Lo más habitual, en nuestra experiencia, es que los trainees hayan hecho un master. Sin embargo, y así ocurre en ocasiones, hay personas que son seleccionadas sin haberlo realizado. En estos casos, se suele deber a que esas personas, sin tener un máster, compensaban con otras experiencias extracurriculares, interculturales o de prácticas.
