Stories are the backbone of who we are, where we have been and the core of our souls. My contemporary native wearable art jewelry tells the stories of my people, the places and the spirit they personified. Personal adornment is not merely accessorizing. It's a connection, a provoked feeling, a historical leap and a transporter of being. The phrase, Mitákuye Oyás’iŋ is a world view concept which means “we are all related” or “all my relations”. It is a prayer of oneness and harmony with all forms of life: other people, animals, birds, insects, trees and plants and even rocks, rivers, mountains and deserts. I strive to bring that oneness into each object I create. My jewelry is a narrative conceptual sculpture that is both architectural, organic and talismanic. I strive to also share the energy of education with those that want to tie their gifts to their voice with their work. So teaching is as valuable as creating to my life's work.

Most recently, she was chosen for inclusion in Linda Kozloff-Turner's forthcoming book, 100 Women of Jewelry.
Teresa has a BFA in Graphic Design from Kent State University (1992) . In 2004 she co-founded FORM, a creative services firm for nonprofits where she continues to serve as partner and creative director. She works out of her studio near Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Question about the square plastic ear wire jigs...on the outer edges there are pegs sticking out with molding plastic on the tips. What are those used for, do they slide, move or peg something? Love your videos and I hope to take a class from Jayne in the future. Thanks!

Comes in a sealed zip lock bag, and she cuts the bag, dont do this, re use and reduce landfill waste.

Sometimes you can find large butane canisters at walmart in camping
Yes, for those larger green tanks of propane too. ACE also is a good source. I have even bought them at Target. However those medium size butane tanks for the restaurant screw-on torches are harder to find. I will check out Walmart. Thanks!
