This kind of work is normal in Europe anything trouble in the house men does and fix it. Because it's expensive in Europe to get a skilled worker + the advantage they have tools and machine suitable for repairing ( FYI In Europe particularly Men in Germany ) do almost all the work at home like mowing, car mechanics, anything that they can repair or install. They are not the type who will call someone to do it for them....

Miałem mnóstwo kolegów żonatych z Azjatkami. Nawet po wielu latach ważniejsza była rodzina tam daleko w Azji. Nawet po kilkunastu latach wysyłały pieniądze i prezenty . Nawet sprzęt gosp. domowego . Są bardzo rodzinne ale tylko w stosunku do swojej rodziny. Nie bez winy są też Niemcy często myśląc, że biorą sobie służącą. Robbi jest tylko epizodem, środkiem do celu i tematem następnych filmików. I make my avocado toast by mashing the avocado and adding salt ,pepper small amount of mayonnaise and some chopped tomatoes !! Yum

Eating pasta instead of rice are pretty close as far as calories intake they’re both carbs. And having potatoes instead of rice is just as bad potatoes are very starchy and trying to eat healthy types of foods is kind of defeating the purpose. That's all…

Catheter and fistula are way different while fistula is a lot safer catheter gets the patient more prone to infection.

MJ….. the healthier option is to just use a toaster then you dont need to put fat on the bread at all. You just toast it in the toaster dry and then use the avocado as a spread. And you want to toast it until it is light to medium brown but not burned. So you may need to experiment with how long you toast it. But if it isnt toasted enough you can always retoast it for a secodn or third time …. One extra minute at a time.

Mj if your dad’s blood pressure is high on the first take you should take again to make sure you get the right number I myself was on dialysis for 3 years and 8 months before I got my kidney transplant last year also I used to work in the hospital and in the facility for elderly so I have a lot of experienced about getting blood pressure.

No matter how I prepare my avocados, I can only eat half a shell and save the other half for later in the day or I top my avocado toast with something sweet like a fruit (strawberry), honey, maple syrup, or Nutella to go with my hot coffee as an end to my meal 😋
