TIP = Turn off music and noise when you are speaking. Not sure how that "trend" started where people on youtube turn off music when no one is speaking and turn on loud music as soon as someone speaks. What is that? So weird.

Closed cell core maybe, but a lot of older Swedish boats have a balsa core in the deck. Get water in there and you have a big problem.

Another boat with no seats behind the wheels. I like Jeanneau boats, but the older ones like my old 45.2 were more comfortable to sail.

Great!!! The best restaurant in dowtown Marigot in Saint Martin FWI is the Be Kool with two brothers running the kitchen with always an excellent menu. We eat there at least twice a month & we've never been disappointed 😃😃😃

The accessories for the larger Garcia 52 cost about the same as those of the 45. Might as well save up a few more years and get the 52.

Hi... would be interested to know the (port) heeling angle at which the galley sink stops draining, since it is not near centerline. Was/Is this and issue?

I’m curious what kind of speeds can you get with this boat? I know it’s pretty heavy and not built for it. Let’s say the seas are relatively flat. All I could find is that it averages 8 on long voyages.

How much does a new Garcia 45 cost? I tried googling it but I guess I find second hand prices. I really want to retire early and sail around the world but I want to know how much to save in order for that.

Thanks for the video. I heard great thinks about the Garcia Exploration boats and trust they are great for higher latitudes. I wonder if you could comment about their overall speed and also usability in hot climates? I keep thinking whether the needed insulation required on extremely cold environments might be a problem on hot environments.

Very stark and cold. Not a lovely interior at all.

I'm an armchair fan of sailing and have watched countless CZcams videos of boats. The Garcia Exploration 45 is the most elegant classy and most beautiful boat I've seen. It's head and shoulders above every other boat out there. I hope I will get to sail one one day, perhaps even own it. Now that's a dream.
