Own this razor the blades are outrageous it's a good thing I have a friend who gets me coupons shaves well it and the proglide and the OG fusion and Mach 3 the sensor Excel was where it began with me and Gillette great video 👍👍👍

all marketing crap best cartridge Gillette made is decades ago the sensor excel. thats all you need for a good shave

I bought one. It worked great for a couple of shaves. The problem comes when replacing the blades. Expensive and not really worth it. Mine is now at the bottom of the drawer.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...hiding behind the internet! Mine worked great for 5mos..then started acting wierd...display inop...won't turn on...two days later turns on but won't turn off...have to let it run till battery dies...as i type this it is charging and won't turn off!! They just want the blade subscription and to sell their way OVERPRICED shaving products.. also its great when it comes on at 3AM and runs till the battery dies!

How to remove hair in the nose and ears?

I like completely clean shaven bald look on many men and even though i am blessed with a full head of healthy hair, sometimes i feel like i want to shave my head completely smooth bald and maintain that look for a while for a change. I hope Gillette Mach 3 razor is a good choice to start with. But i have no idea how it feels to be in a clean shaven bald look. I hope very soon i will get to know that 😀 because it's a big change 🪒💯👍🏻🙂

Gillette Mach3 IS ALSO AVAILABLE as a disposable razor (with the head not being a replaceable cartridge).

So many cool special editions + the heated razor compatibility. I noticed the pivot is better than the Gillette proglide and the overall quality of the handle is better and heftier. While I do have concerns about the longevity of the handle it’s a step up in quality. It seems like water might be getting caught on the sides where the finish meets the rubber bottom although I’m hoping the stand helps dry out a lot of it I’ve seen some rusted out from the inside Mach 3s recently online and that’s not a good look. Other than that this thing offers an incredibly smooth shave and feels like some kind of medical utensil which is a good thing because it reminds me a little bit of the older razors atleast the chrome finish model that I got. The stand is wonderful. The only thing I could ask for is cheaper cartridges but I’ve found that buying a years worth in advance can save you a little money and finding coupons/cash back programs. Brought mine down to 3.77 a cartridge however they only sell nine packs and I had four with the razor so hopefully 1 razor = 1 month we will see. I also got a free proglide from Gillette just in case I only feel like paying 3.50 a cartridge. And if I get really desperate maybe I’ll go learn how to shave with a safety razor 😂

i started shaving with the mach 3 before i even started shaving my head then moved on to fusion then more recently moved on again to harrys noticable improvement each time but they were all good and would reccomend them all

Can you use the new 2.0 head if it can with the other head?

Any plans to look into safety or single edge razors for head shaving? One head shaver, Subie Shaves, who has used multiple razors for head shaving recommended the 'Parker SoloEdge single edge safety razor'. I hope you can see the results he gets with it. The razor uses half double-edge razor blades. You can get 'Astra Platinum Double Edge Safety Razor Blades,100 Count' for under 10USD, break them in half and have plenty that will last you well over a year. (How many cartridge can you get for that?) Plus, there's a huge variety of other blade options. Feather are some of the sharpest, but are a little pricier. Also, look into other dedicated shave soaps (like any by Ariana & Evans or Noble Otter) and a 26mm synthetic brush (like a RazoRock Monster, through ItalianBarber). Yes, the soap is pricey, but you can make a phenomenal lather (with excellent performance, scent and post-shave results) using only a pea-sized amount of soap, if you learn how. Subie Shaves has also used these razors, but they're a little pricier -- Leaf Twig (mild) and Thorn (more aggressive) single edge razor Leaf (three blade) single edge pivoting razor High Proof single edge pivoting razor RazoRock Hawk - using thicker Feather Artist club blades (used by many barbers) Blacklands Vector - using thicker Feather Artist club blades (used by many barbers) Thanks for your videos.

Terrible razor. When I got mine, it took two blades to get only a half way shave. They were cheap and the blades are too close together. One shave and I canceled my subscription. The Executive was my favorite and now they don't have it. I'll try Harry's but I also found refills for the Executive on EBAY.

Guessing you were seeing those bonkers sales because they were imminently launching the Gen 2. Would love to see a review on the new one to see if they fixed the design issues.

Thanks a lot for satisfying my curiosity about this product. I was turned off by the Gillette company, but found that switching to old fashioned safety razors (I got a Merkur and some Shark blades) resulted in a pleasurable shave and saved me a TON of money! I wish Jeremy's success, but I'm not willing to sacrifice quality.

Those Goodfellow razor handles will fit Schick Quattro blades. I believe the Goodfellow razor is a rebranded Schick. If you don't like their blades, use the Schick blades. Thanks for the video! JimG

WItch Hazel also works well as an after-shave treatment; with or without alcohol. A few wet-shavers recommend it! As for me, I never use "normal" after-shave lotions, but although on occasion I do use witch hazel, my post shave treatment of choice is post-shave balm - ANY post-shave balm; they all work.
