Even though Diva is almost dead now, I still play it 24/7. Sekai is not a bad game though, I play it sometimes too.

Just gotta know until which point knowledge is good and healthy I enjoy maretus music, because of how subtle his message is. Subtle but you can hear it. For me its usually clear what it could mean. Obviously some people don't want to destroy their happiness.But if you've gotten as low as of not carrying, it wont hurt more. Just validates your anger even more. As someone who plays project diva, and project sekai! I remember opening up one CZcams video and finding Vocaloid, then Project diva. I feel like Sega fell behind STRONGLY! With project sekai, the game is unbearably unoriginal, the charts are frankly very boring, and the situation with mobile apps and big brands really hurts. I hate seeing something I loved be ruined in the sake of just more money! I want the Vocaloid I know and love back

I eventually stopped playing Project Diva games because I couldn't keep up with the new gimmicks they added. Also, it was just far too much Miku for me. I like VOCALOID, learned about them in late 2008 and spent my teenage years as a huge fan. But it just seemed as if EVERYTHING was about Miku and barely anything about Len or Kaito, so I eventually just stopped, as I didn't get invested enough in all the Miku songs.

Honestly, mind Brand is one of the moast fascinating songs, mainly with How It wierdly conforts me, It makes me feel heared and my pain justified, It understand my rage even If my experience is not 1:1 with the lyrics, It connects with me and my trauma in a way that is hard to explain

One of the main problems I've had with recent releases like future tone and onwards is that they're released with the intention of being played on playstation controllers, but the charts aren't. The charts are designed to be played on the arcade controller with its linear layout, and have just been ported over exactly. So they're all full of multinotes and note placements which only really make sense on the linear arcade inputs. I really don't think it would have been that much effort to just change little bits here and there to make the charts make more sense on playstation controllers when porting to that console, but they just never bothered.

I’m curious about vocaloid

I've always loved vocaloid since my (now partner, at the time friend) showed me project diva on the PS3. I played it on her PS3, then later on her PS4, but I'm really not a console player, so I never really bought any of the games or got too good at them. Once I heard that project diva was coming to PC, I was so excited. I was literally willing to she'll out over $100 if that's what it cost. But then I heard it has denuvo DRM, and I was crushed. I adamantly refuse to buy any product that contained denuvo. Not only does it cause heavy performance hits, but it's basically malware/spyware. Just knowing how locked down and stunted the game would be completely turned me off the game.

So sad to hear about how mega mix compares in comparison to past games. Been a Vocaloid fan for the longest time and the switch was the first game console i could really play a diva game on. Sucks to see all the artist and fans let down

Melt is probably an archaic song of an era people still trying to understand Vocaloid compared to say Ghost City Tokyo, but to be honest, that's like comparing a 19th century steam car engine to 2024 sports EV car.

MARETU's music is addictive. It's dark, it's sad, even disgusting, yet still you'll always yearn for more of it.

I tried sekai for a while and even though it's not the same as diva in terms of gameplay i just didn't vibe with it, it doesn't have the same creative joy and excite diva gave me with it's music videos and the liberty it gave to it's player to make there custom music vidros plus tapping on screen feels so different from mashing buttons that it's a bit weird

Ryo is a powerful producer, early 2007, melt is what introduced them. Meanwhile some children met Miku through World is Mine! Ryo is a great producer.

Kikuo and Maretu are definitely my number one and two, and I've always been wondering how the producers are since VOCALAID is what made me realise Japan isn't as bright as a country as advertised since most songs are about depression
