Not taking away from the insane musicianship and creativity of First Fragment (just watch these guys play), rather seems like BDM perfected the modern Death metal song structure. No unnecessary half-time strumming, no overarching solos just because, just the sheer, uncompromising power of the crazy leads and everything has to fit into....

This video was going great, and then about halfway through when he’s head banging while playing and hair is everywhere I thought I seen some smoke in the background for a second. “Quick the drum machine’s catching fire again, get the extinguisher!” Seriously though great work!
