This video covers my best (in my eyes) race of the Brands Hatch weekend. This is race 3 and I didn't achieve my best finish or best lap until race 4. So why is the video my best? Well after losing lots of places and time on the opening lap, I dug deep to push and recover the deficit! How do you think I did? What an incredible man!
Remember watching the JPS at Donnington with my dad thanks for that 👍🏻
Rotaries are basically supercharged 2Ts.
sounds like a chainsaw.
So its a 230 lanza engine
Well done, commentary very good. Really enjoyed watching your race. Recent subscriber and going through your content and really enjoying it. 👏👏👏👍🇬🇧
Cheers for watching through the back catalogue! I'm really pleased you're enjoying it - sadly the rest of my race footage from here and Cadwell Park a couple months after this was stolen... I guess I'll have to get another race bike to make more at some point 🤣
The engine is so small, and bro how it revs!! This should be the norm for bikes!!!
Anjay meledak ledak 😂
WOW 😲
I like the way he hangs of the bike cornering as if he is pulling the bike over to get round the track ! Great video
you guys live my dream!
I hope you enjoy following along!
We had dinner with Tom & Lauren last night and today. They’re still safe in the Republic of Congo. All the best guys, it was lovely meeting the both of you.
You guys are the best! The pleasure was ours, we've had a wonderful time with you
Love Guy……..says what he thinks.
I’m officially in ❤ w this bike ! 1st time seeing it 🤙
I would much prefer a front camera, with fewer men's butts in the close-up.
130kg is absolutely insane. I could squat that whole bike and I don't even lift.
Questo è un video che riguardo ogni volta che mi capita, moto esagerata e pilota eccezionale
this sounds like a nice mix of two and four stroke !
BHP and top speed ❤️
CR is a patent of Honda
Can we have another episode ?.
Absolutely! It's in the works but I've been crazy busy living this adventure. I know I'm behind but I promise it's coming! About 7 mins of edited footage for the Morocco portion so far 🙌
I had a Suzuki RE5 back in the day. If only Suzuki had the engineering this bike has it could have been ten times better.
There seems to be a bit of hesitation when opening the throttle on corner exit ! thats wasting time ,, like a 2 stroke off the power band 😊
Why didn't you put a camera on the FRONT OF THE BIKE.. So we can get a sense of the speed. Not a big fan of looking at Guy's bum.. it's not a bad bum.. Just not for me.😂
I wasn't allowed. They were filming a documentary at the same time (that I believe will never air) and so wasn't allowed too may cameras that "spoiled" the outside of the bike.
Keanu Reeves would be a great sponsor for IOM TT or get Guy to give it more publicity.
I saw the 588 rotary Norton race at Amaroo park im Australia in 1987 and also at Brands Hatch in 1992 i think.not 1991. It was so loud and fast on the straight but got overtaken on the corners then it would again outx accelerate everything again on the straights whether Japanese or Ducati. What a genius Brian is. The new CR700 is 120 kg and 220 bhp.
We need these engines in the F1, of course more "cylinders" and bigger displacement. Man the sound is WAY better than the legendary V10's.
Carbon fiber is latin for expensive.
great bike it will do well i have 60k on the same cg never breaks just keeps on going plus if yours does at least your get parts even cg copy parts should fit lol.
That's exactly it! Plenty of copies to keep it going should the worst happen. 60k is some going! Great work Mine is "only" on 34k 😁
Interesting content ruined by too loud and shit background music
Such a shame about your video theft :( On the plus side, what a great video this was, so engaging and positive, I am loving this channel!!!
Cheers for the well wishes Pete! These things happen but it won't stop the wheels rolling or us having a good time Next video is in the works but is slightly delayed. I hope you'll be patient for more travel content 🤞
Raleigh burner handlebar
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
deffo loves shifting at higher rpm, the on off throttle response must be interesting at low speed. Im thinking that is why Guy suggested a quick shifter / blipper. What an awesome piece of engineering.
I prefer analog vehicles.. everyone is always fawning over the brand new this or that, but everything has SO much electronic input it numbs down the actual feel no matter what they do. My bike doesnt have any driver aids, I ride right up in the front of the pack with all the brand new bikes that cost more than 3 of my cars put together😂 ive riden most of them and to me it feels like there a grey cloud in between me the bike and the road. I dont like it. The scary thing to me when we are REALLY pushing itnin the canyons is that quite a few of the guys I ride with arent neccesarily good riders- a computer is doing all of the work and saving their arses every other apex.
Happy Journey injoy your adventure Tip give exhaus valve, and intake. More clearance. Change the oil properly, not synthetic one Organic i du 1000km on main 12 jears stil du his Jop. Wow
They are beasts, and you are riding an animal that wants to kill you.
At 10:15 how do you remove the seat so easily? I think I have the same bike, CG125-4, just bought it a couple of weeks ago, but can't figure out how to remove the seat, I searched for videos on the internet but did't find one, and I am afraid not to damage something.
The seat has two bolts. One each side that are accessed from underneath by the rear mudguard. Basically crouch by the rear wheel, and look up underneath and you'll see them, I think they are 12mm from memory. Because of our luggage holding the seats down I don't bother bolting it down now and that's why it was so easy to remove as I didn't have the bolts fitted
Thanks a million. I searched and searched, and didn't find any info, except for a FB group in Argentina, I believe the same bike, but different name, it's called Honda CG 125 FAN and TITAN ks/es, but still nothing about the seat removal there. Mine is a Honda CG125 ES-4 from 2005. Also, do you know where can I find any repair manual for this kind of bike with codes for parts, torque specs for the bolts etc. ? Do you use one?
@Constantin_08 the Haynes manuals are good for them but the ES bikes (2004-2008) only have a small section in them Facebook groups are good, if you're UK based the cg125 UK groups are godo, there's two and one is better than the other. Be careful though with some things as for example the fork oil level is different on our bikes than the earlier bikes but there's tons of conflicting info! I called a Honda dealer to check in the end
Amazing bike, like guy said, fucking fast and that sound, wooow 👌👌
Wait 1500+ BHP Per Tonn???? Jesus christ alive, take about just hold on for dear life, that must be what a football feels like when scholes winds up a missile
Be interested to see him ride this at the Isle of Man TT...
If they are only making 25 @ 100 + grand each how are they going to pay them selves , surely they need to put them into production and just keep taking customers orders . Or produce the engines and sell them to builders . Norton failed with this concept so why not learn from that exercise , there’s plenty of money around to buy these bikes , like the Britten if some one purchased that project people would cue up to buy one . Just my thoughts .
Only very few riders and that includes Guy Martin can call a Fireblade a moped, if he thinks the CR700 is fast, that is a solid endorsement. Bike is a work of art and comes with it's own sound track.
14:16 I would like to see that bike you can hear in the background as well :D
when people are talking in the video you don't need music .it's so annoying ......also you can't properly hear what they are saying ..lose the stupid music.
