Why do campers go through all this trouble? Why not just pull out some matches or use a lighter? They make battery powered lighters. Come on, why the complexity?
Why do people go backpacking rather than stay home? Staying home is less trouble than going out. It’s the challenge and the journey that make the end exciting. Making a fire with different, more primitive means, is somewhat challenging and fun.
Grab the anodized aluminium tent stake with a hardened steel pliers is somewhat strange...
Quick and efficient. But I see your point.
Peaceful ☺️
We love a multi use tool! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Like, subscribe and comment. Hopefully you make money doing you-tube! Do they know you’re burying bodies out there or was that still a secret? 😂😂😂
I actually asked the ranger where the best spot for that would be. I got some good info.

Sorry Fred. It will never happen again. (It will)
I saved myself £200 by using my hands
The Leatherman is not solely used for pulling stakes out of the ground. This is just one of the many uses 👍🏼
I drank 48 of them once
That’ll do it.
Damn right
Don't buy this garbage. This is what gen z considers camping. Fucking embarrassing
Lol at packwood lake bushcrafting
I just use my lungs. Works pretty well also…
Indeed. I brought this air pump for my air mattress and as a light and thought I’d try this out. As it turns out, people don’t like new ideas.
Wow. It’s almost like… and hear me out.. you could just blow onto the flames. Ya know? Like how literally everyone does and get this, you’ll be able to save money. Ya know what money is?
Save $, weight, your dignity… 🤷♂️
Yes
Or you can put some wood on your fire more than 6 twigs and it’ll create its own wind
True. Another option.
OK show us 😂
Watch the full video I linked! lol
Coors!

Nice crocs broski
Got to let the toes breathe.
@@BigfootBeerandGear totally, I own a pair and love them
@@BradN333 first order of business when I get to camp is put them on.
Where can I get 1
Agawagear.com
Do they make any with a larger size? Very intrested.
For the pocket bellows or air pump?
Pocket bellows
@@AlexChism-cf6ccI don’t know that this company has a bigger one than this, but I’m sure there’s one out there. This is plenty long enough for camp fire needs.
Thank you! And wonderful videos.
They do, but it’s usually for something else… 🥴
Link? Where did ya git it?
You can get both on Amazon. Search “pocket bellows” and “Flextail air pump”
@@BigfootBeerandGear nice, thanks!
@@starlady333 you’re very welcome!
Ok future boy
I’m not sure if this is a compliment or insult, but thanks for watching.
@BigfootBeerandGear we can sense the sarcasm but your taking the compliment, locals know. I'm going to subscribe just to add salt 😂❤
Wtf lol blow that shit

Thanks for watching!
Nice video. Thanks for sharing. sub & 👍106

You won’t even believe how satisfying that sound is 😂. What fish is that (or was)?
Dead fish ASMR 😂 it was a brook trout. Very tasty! If you watch the full video it’s linked from I show catching it and cooking it into a fish taco.
I put this on before I fall asleep and just listen to the soothing sounds for hours.
Nothing quite like falling asleep to the sounds of a fishy getting spliced
I like watching it, bro
Thanks for watching!
Why not carry a lighter?
I always have a zippo. But I like the Ferro rod for fire starting. Feels more rewarding when I get it going.
life straw better
I haven’t used a Life Straw in years. I’ll have to check out a more updated one.
❤❤❤
Отличное видео! Многое увидел полезное ✊🙌
Thanks for watching!
@@BigfootBeerandGear Greetings from Russia 🫡🤙
Looks like you got some pretty neat tools and accessories!
Hey, thanks! Always good to get out and play.
He should have overlapped the 1st wind while wrapping at the end so it can’t get pulled.
That’s a good idea. I was trying to make this video fast within the 60 seconds. I’ll have to try that out.
Ewwwwwwwaaaah!

Huh, well now I feel dumb.
Haha you don’t know what you don’t know. Quick simple trick that I recently learned myself.
@@BigfootBeerandGear too true, I think my rope is too thick or long but ya definitely taught this ditz somethin' to practice, much appreciated.
@@rosiellagrace right on. Never stop learning!
? More info, please ?
What do you want to know?
If you put a little loop at the end of the first bit and leave it sticking out of the bundle... you can pull on the loop to quick deploy the paracord without needing to unwind your bindings. Pull out enough rope to wrap around a tree or anchor, create a bite to pull through the loop, put a toggle into the bite and pull tight. Then walk your way to your second anchor letting rope pull from the bundle as you go. Paracord never needs to leave your grip. Just tie off with a truckers hitch or whatever tensioner knot you prefer at the otherend and you have a quick deply ridgeline. When you are ready to take down... pull toggle for quick release from first anchor and then untie your no longer tensioned knot at the other end. Re-bundle the paracord as demonstrated with the loop pinched first with a little extra length. 😊
Nice! Good info!
Genius 🤯
This is exactly how i used to wind up my wired earbuds 😂
No me gusta, innecesario, podían haber puesto unas tijeras pequeñas y el alicate como en la squirt ps4
Yo no sé
that looks like it's dulling it
I angled it down (or up?) after the short 15 seconds is over to get closer to the cutting edge. I was working out a couple chips.
@@BigfootBeerandGear i just wasn't used to the up and down motion. it looked like the edge was dulling right as it got sharpened with the inward motion. usually sharp objects ard sharpened from side to side so it doesn't risk removing the edge
Like a straight stem with a lil plug of paladin tobacco and a pinch of Cavendish
Ha I’m not the only one!!
Great video! The Nyala is my do everything outdoor/hiking/camp knife paired with a modded G10 Charge+ with a very similar toolset to the Arc’s. Best combination of lightweight tools to get a job done.
Right on! I replaced my Wave with the P4, then the P4 with the Arc. Big fan of the toolset for sure.
Really loved the day to night transition at around 15:55. Awesome video dude, feels like I was there. 🫣
i have that sound in my right ear is like someone is dying =]
