How to sharpen your knives

I show a basic way to get a sharp knife back in your pocket.
What you need: A sharpener, Sharpie, and a knife to sharpen.
Please note: You may need to spend more time on each grit to effectively get a sharp knife. I'm simply showing the process.

How much pressure should I apply when using the stones?

A medium pressure. Pressing down more than the weight of the blade, but not so much where you’re muscling it against the stones.
