    I am a Canadian citizen and have been living in Saskatoon for 4 years, but I still don't have a family doctor. Last time I went to a clinic and tried to register for a family doctor. A receptionist told me that the doctor in my neighbourhood didn't accept any new patients. This is ridiculous if a Canadian who lives in the neigbourhood has to go several KM away to meet a family doctor.

    After the Plaza Accord, international financial capital demanded that Japan expand domestic demand.Japan's traitorous banks and the Korean anti-social forces living in Japan, the yakuza, interacted and used vast amounts of foreign capital to raise the price of land in a malicious manner.This led to a sharp rise in stock prices and the start of a bubble.In the wake of the government's efforts to curb overheating and the war, the economy was sold off all at once, a huge amount of money was stolen, and the bubble burst.The bubble period ended when a huge amount of public funds were stolen because of the idiots who took part in bubble gambling and incurred huge debts.The Japanese media, which is full of Korean residents in Japan who fabricate history and everything else, covered up the money game and fabricated it as the Bank of Japan's fault.Since then, Japan has been in the so-called lost 30 years and the so-called economic slump.

    One other major factor that is affecting the whole of the US, Canada, & even Europe is the change in housing size demand. The demand for 4-5 Bedroom units from the Millennial/Gen Z pop is much lower while 1-2 Beds have a substantially higher demand. We dont just need to build more, but reshape the existing. Families have less people than before and many housing units were built decades ago for larger families

    You must know to accurately understand the essence of the Japanese people. one of those things is called Tatemae(建前). To put it simply, it is hypocrisy. It is not sin but a very important virtue in Japanese society. it's a dual difference between their inside-mind and outside-attitude. this is needed for living their society, because they need to suppress themselves not being different in their society. it's a clever way of living in Japan. this is deeply related to Japan's samurai culture and history. they don't tend to care about truth or morality. in their mind-set, winners are good, losers are bad. if you follow the whole major group and don't rebel, you are good. if you speak out different with many people, you are target to be blamed.

    • @rmethe2n
      @rmethe2n Před dnem

      For example, in Japana, there are cultures of taking or expressing responsibility for one's mistakes, such as 'Dogeza', which must be interpreted correctly. from a japanese perspective their sense of guilt is different from regular meaning. the context of situation they find themselves in determines their position, not from the absolute recognition of good and evil that comes from human conscience. to put it simply, it is okay to hurt or harass someone as long as the other person is weaker than you.(this is becoming issue of being complained about in nowadays Japan. but this is more basic Social mind-set) and it is really important to keep your mouth shut for not being troublemaker.

    • @rmethe2n

      the reason why Japanese consider themselves as victims of WW2 is the exactly same thing with the things what I wrote in upper comments. the only reason they are treated as a war criminal nation from global community is because they lost the war. they think if they won, they would not be treated as the way on nowadays. they never regret the things what they done in WW2. they even deny it.

    Media and young intellectuals live there, so it will always be portrayed as a huge problem. Why can't other cities be made to have the same advantages of NYC? The real reason people want to live there is that it's the only escape in America from the endless stretch of highway, parking lot, suburban subdivision, and strip mall. The only place you can walk around rather than being stuck in a car. Yes, there are areas of Boston, DC, etc., but NYC is the only real city.

Just check the official statistics and you will see that there are many other countries with even bigger problems. Like my own country in Eastern Europe.

  • @bronxishomenomatterwhereig3149

    Sounds like NYC is becoming something like Doha in Qatar. Where you have a lot of wealth concentrated in the major parts of the city. While immigrants make up the working class that handle the labor jobs.

  • @bufordmaddogtannen

    My flat in Dublin went from €1400/month to €2400/month. Salaries did not go up accordingly. Now I live in London, rent is £1300/month, I get paid better and there are a lot more work opportunities. I'd never go back. Let's gloss on the fact that it's impossible to sue someone, even when a case is clearcut, as the lawyers will ask money to review a case and then can just tell you they are not interested, where there is not enough gain for them to be made... BTW quality when it comes to housing is non-existent and a while ago the clowns at the government wanted to relax building standards (and forego I sul for instance) and allow American builders to deal with the housing crisis.
