Flat 3 - looks like to front door has spit marks all down it - it looks like a homeless halfway house, carpet under the radiator looks wet, Flat 4 - outdoor space is what sells it. Why not just get a mortgage, buy your own house/flat and pay it back, would be cheaper than renting. If you can afford 2300 a month?

The absolute STATE of all of these with their rental prices is ridiculous! You can literally get a 3/4 possibly even 5 bed house fully renovated for £2.5k a month up north

Taz you could come up north and buy a house for less than you are paying I rent a month we have a 3 bed house in Northumberland and only pay £600 mortgage a month

I live in Canary Wharf, there were a few 1 bed flats in New Providence Wharf under 2k perhaps if you want to check it out. Comes with a gym, pool, working space. Also Limehouse if good!

Hey taz have you ever think about your own place, I mean I saw a video where you can buy a apartment in one pound then you have to repair it. I know its lot of work and money, but a property of your own, its very special.

What amazed me when I lived in the Uk was... The ''don't give a fuck'' attitude I got from Real State Agents (they sometimes never show up, or they are quite dry and rude, also do not care about the flat if it is clean or not when showing the property) HAHAHAHA Sometimes I really thought it was a prank, I understand it's about culture... And loved living in the Uk but this was a real issue for me... Also I found pretty gross that some tenants did not give a fuck about cleaning, REALLY DID NOT GIVE A FREAKING FUCK HAHAHAHAHAHA it was beyond surreal. Also can anyone explain why having a frigging CARPET IN THE TOILET? Please

South Ken is a VERY posh area, so 2K studio is adequate but not worth it imo. I would advise going further west, i reckon you can get something decent in hammersmith, chiswick or Kew for the same budget
