Official 0 to 60 times would be in the low to mid 8s. The low-end torque and 0 to 40 was the big story on these, along with great fuel economy. You'll get 26 all day long cruising on the open road with a lightfoot. Also I'm pretty sure the old 4100 were all fuel injected

I am 65 and after driving different types of Convertibles, also a british TVR V8 powered, I would say that fun driving is on countryroads at a speed of about 50 to 60 mph with sufficient acceleration to pass by our weekend sight seers and farmers on work. Going faster you won't see the environment nor smell it. So to me a comfortable cruiser like the T- Bird is perfect. Riding on my bike is a different approach, concentrating on speeding up and "cutting curves" ....

About the headlights. I think I saw another. CZcamsr mentioned that you do have the flash highbeams control on the stock to the left of the steering wheel. I don’t know if that’s true or how it works, but it might be the pull toward you and they flash things so that’s the only thing I really care about on the headlight controls anyway.

92-95 are optiumum years running the OBD 1 system and MPI. 96 uses the OBD 2 SYSTEM and can be more problematic to maintain. The 3.9l is the most common motor makes good power and torque when coupled with the AX-15 transmission it's a potent tow vehicle for its size. My only gripe with Dodge is the use of phenolic pistons in the front break calipers. I've only had one OBD1 PCM fail in the 25 years I've had my 93 Dakota. The other issue applies to 93-96 models washer fluid corroding the firewall wire harness plug. The only thing that comes to mind on 4wd is the transfer case tail shaft is a bit weak and the other is aluminum driveshaft are fragile. I had to replace mine on my 95 when I got it, it was bent a 1/4" a steel one will run you about 500$.

I'm looking at one of these now. Its down to the Nissan Frontier Pro4X and the ZR2. I'm concerned about the longevity and reliability of the ZR2 engine/power train. All of the ancilary variables are in favor of the Chevy.
