Been in Philippines 12 years. You do have to make visa runs, so not sure why you say different. As for age difference between older foreigners and younger filipinas, if one looks there are older filipinos with younger filipinas as well. Age is not an issue with the ladies as much as stability. Older guys are not "looking bad" to any Filipinos I know.
