This is an issue with not just this model but later ones as well - specifically the SmartStow (Toro 21564). Replacing the carburetor is the only solution that has reliably worked for almost everyone i have discussed this with on various lawn forums.

Same issue on my aunt's 20339 smart stow junk (not super recycler, just regular recycler 22"). Was like that the day it was bought maybe 6-7 years ago. The spark plug boot "fix" didn't fix anything. I believe on her's it's a defective carb. I tried getting Toro to fix it under warranty and they refused to stating basically it was user error and that the gas tank was probably not full enough when it was sputtering. Toro's a shit brand anymore IMHO. Despite that, I had to buy a new one for myself in a pinch last year beginig of mowing season and got the 21442 on sale and I had figured I would have to return it. But so far so good on the 21442, mean as far as the engine goes, it does have it's minor issues that toro has always had, like shitty bag interface.

My Question to you is why didn't you rotate the antenna elements a full 90 Degrees the "V" shape you made with antenna is not how it was designed to work Plus you are in line of sight of the broadcast antennas so the supplied amplifier was not needed . The antenna box clearly show's the how the elements should look like when properly rotated to 90 degrees . The two issues that I mentioned could give you higher performance from your antenna . one last note the antenna should of been on a mast about 5 feet tall .

Your maths about the 80% are wrong. If you don't want to exceed 80% of X, you don't multiply X*1.8, you divide X by 0.8., therfore 49W, not 67W.

My satellite dish has two wires or coax cables that is going to the satellite dish. There is two eyes on it which one would I use And or is possibly both of them usable? What is the model number of the antenna you installed? 13:30 I noticed it fit on the satellite mount nicely…..but many antennas I’m looking at buying don’t seem to fit a mast as thick as the DirecTV mast….
