I have win% of 47,56, and average win is USD 159 while average loss is USD -187. How can I improve? What am I doing wrong? Maybe because I'm moving the stop-loss up, which gets taken out before it can move into profits? Should I stop moving the stop-loss? And I definitely need to let winners ride.

Thank you for sharing, and preserving this absolute legendary trader and teacher. Hes a fellow N.Irishman and he was extremely informative, ultimately allowing my to completely change my methodology based on his sharing, experiences and from his search. Psychology in trading is a massive part. It occurs before, during and after trading (more so in the later). Read "Trading Psychology 2.0, author Brett N. Steenbarger. Its a text book essentially, but it gives an amazing perspective and information on the whole, and gives 50 best practices to apply to your own trading methodology. You MIGHT get rich overnight on a stupid gambled trade, but this feeds the EGO and you ignore the basic probability and statistics (a fundamental part of mathematics). Gamble trading at 25x with full $10k balance is a recipe for a disaster. Maybe not on the first, second trade, but it will fail dramatically and lose -100% account balance. Dr David Paul made me realise how much I was failing to realise what I SHOULD know before even thinking of entering the market. Paper trading fails to apply the psychological side of live trading. Understand your trading strategy, practice and practice for perfect execution and apply it. Dont gamble. Analyise. We all can make money, just do not be GREEDY. PATIENCE on LOW RISK trades consistently over a year and the money will take care of its self.
