Did you tune it for certain temps, or is it on max flow all the time?
Best k24 i have seen! Did you do an extra polishing on the parts to make them shine?
Would connecting the barb fitting from the upper filler neck to the upper barb from the radiator directly eliminate the need for an overflow tank?
No it wouldn't. You need an over flow tank for any coolant expansion. You need somewhere for the coolant to go under pressure, so connecting directly wouldn't do anything at all.

Does this kit work with the ktuned electric water pump?
No it does not. The electric water pump's mounting plate replaces the oem water pump housing which this AC/PS delete bracket mounts onto.
How did this build last at least 6 years revving to 9k w a 99mm stroke engine?
Because I keep up with routine maintenance and because I don't necessarily rev out to 9K plus all day everyday.

Gotta have more to make videos of. I'm not like the typical car channel with constant problems too solve or a large amount of upgrades to keep my content going. I'm at a rough spot where most of my upgrades are expensive

Honestly these short installs feel more realistic to the average enthusiasts than the crazy 3-6 month Sema builds that have become the norm.
Yeah I definitely can't do those wild overnight builds like I see a lot. My bank account isn't built for that lol

It doesn't matter What header You use what muffler you use. It all comes down to the silencer. The fart can is hollow. Think about it this way. Take a large coffee can with the metal bottom okaho in it. Apply your lips around the hole. Now blow, Little noise= Lots of noise😂😂
The muffler I used here was in fact not hollow. It was baffled and also not a straight through design.
