That's what a life sentence means in this country. On license for life. In some other countries he'd have spent the rest of his life behind bars. He should be glad he is out, unless he was wrongly convicted. It's unusual to spend 21 years in prison, even with a life sentence. Usually it's because they won't admit to the crime and express remorse - which innocent people wont do of course. If he did kill someone then he should be grateful he is still alive. If he came out in 1992 then why has he not got anyone?

He took someone's life so you pay for that, that was someone's son he killed, I don't think he would like it if he had a son and his life was taken

they only take you seriously when your a secondary care patient in a mental hospital other wise your right they just fob you off and you dont want to be in a mental hospital once they get people on the drugs it damages there mind there helping people in the mental hospitals there making them worse
