I’ve recently invested into an audio technica turntable as per your video. I am connecting to a Denon amplifier using the phono connection with the ground cable. Turntable is set to phono on the switch on the back. I am getting no sound through one speaker. Sound is fine from internet radio and tuner. Also sound is fine from Blue tooth and IPhone. Have tried moving to line input etc but. I change. Stylus looks fine. Connections for head are clean. I am stuck. Any suggestions or just return the turntable? Have followed all advice from audio technica tech line. Very frustrating.

I think that the Xbox series s should have had a disc drive in it that way all the people that's on Xbox one would have upgraded and I think that the PS5 slim price should have been $350 and then that way the people that's on PS4 with an upgraded to that one as well I would say this though if you are a gamer and you don't own a PC Butcher on a budget they're still no reason why you should not own all three gaming consoles Xbox series s Switch lite PS5 slim

As a certified audio/studio engineer and a long life audiophile, I will tell you my "perception" of audio cassette. I used cassettes starting in the early mid 1980s, and up until compact disc broke the scene. First is the inches per second, or how fast the tape travels over the head. It is 1 3/4 ips, which is twenty times as slow as a professional "mixdown" reel to reel speed, which btw was the professional standard during the analog advent. 30 ips was high professional quality, 15 ips was professional mid quality. The faster the tape moves across the head, both to record and play, the higher resolution of the audio quality. Many also not know this: after recording on one deck, it may sound good playing back on that same deck. However, some may notice it does not sound good on other decks for playback. Hence, azimuth, the alignment of the head, as it relates to recording and playback. Essentially, stripped down version of this is "the angle of the heads". If the angle is off, it causes phase cancellation, which distorts and shuts down the high frequency spectrum, say, a hi hat or cymbal. All of that range will be attenuated, for thile whole recording, if deck a azimuth is different than deck b c d e f azimuth. It's the most common problem w cassette playback, and most don't have the rear or knowledge to fiddle with a micro screwdriver, this degrading playback quality enormously, not enjoyable! Wow and flutter, tape degradation, demagnetizing the heads etc all are other massive issues w the cassette. Good luck!

Vinyl expert here, This is incorrect 🤥☝🏼 could cause corntusion of the raised wiffs. I’d employ a softer more hands on Stan-method for cleaning my vinyls. This is child’s play, sorry to say!

Considering how popular vinyl has become in the past few years, there are almost no turntables for sale in my area. There are a few stores that sell garbage turntables, like $125 and below, and there are a couple high-end stores that have prices starting in the thousands, but there is nothing in the middle. There are a couple of dozen record stores within about a 45 minute drive, but they either don't sell turntables or they only have the cheapest of the cheap players.

I just got a seald record from Barnes and Noble the other day and it was pretty warped already. Luckily they let me exchange it for another copy.

This is a load of crap, theres plenty of high end turntables that use 10in platters especially older ones, standard on many Dual turntables including the 1237, and many older high end models, not to mention a majority of the record changers including ones made by RCA, Garrard for very expensive consoles and cabinets like the winchester models, as long as you aren’t trying to play warped records it doesn’t make much of a difference on stability if its level at the center of balance, and if it bothers you that much just put a “0.5 12-in acrylic slip-mat over it and it won’t make much difference anyways

I begrudgingly bought one of these just so I could play my records again. It’s a Cruiser Premier, and it was $45. Its really a matter of space issues (don’t have place for speakers), and cost concerns. It’s aggressively mid. It’s a good way for me to listen to my old stuff again, but I’m definitely upgrading to an Audio Technica the next chance I get. I would consider that the absolute GROUND FLOOR for vinyl listening. Hell, get an LP60 and some decent speakers. I think that’s def a better setup than a Crosley… ANYTHING, really. For me, it’s simply a point of re-entry. I will always cherish the feel and experience of Vinyl over CD or DD. The huge cover art, the warm fuzzies watching a needle vibrate making music and watching the label art spin around and around and around…. Its great.
