There are a few network providers that you can use I prefer Vodafone now Telecel but if your are planning to travel within Ghana MTN has better coverage. There are multiple internet packages to choose from that may work within your budget. I hope that helps 🙏🏾

Hey Precious. When choosing where to study, how did you go about it? Did you ask past students for feedback? Do potential students have a way to check online course reviews? Because as I mentioned in a previous post, I'm hitting a wall. Many thanks.
Love what you said about the written contract 👏🏿
Thank you girl 🥰 and thank you for watching ♥️🙏🏾
Thanks a lot for your videos. I have some questions. What’s the maximum amount you can withdraw from ATMs? Can you withdraw in dollars or does it have to be in the local currency?
Thank you so much for watching 😊 The maximum amount depends on your bank. When you withdraw you’ll get the cedi equivalent but also depends on the rate that the ATM gives. I hope that helps 😊
@@PreciousHanah Thanks so much for your reply. It does help 🙂. It is nerve racking trying to get my head around all the info that I need. But your videos and those of others are really life saving. You're doing an amazing job!
Hi Precious, loving your videos. My intention is to do an MA in African Studies at the University of Ghana (Accra) at their Institute of African Studies in 2025. I have been trying to find reviews online about the course and there is nothing. It would be great to communicate with someone who has either done the course or is doing it to get their feedback. It's a big move for me, financiall and timewise, as I have to save a lot of money, this includes covering the rent for my London flat for the duration of the course. As it's a housing association's I can't sublet it or I'd lose it if I did. Also the fee for International students is high. My course costs £6,200 this academic year, and will probably go up by the time I join it. I have found one video from the Institute of African Studies with some info and with two positive testimonials, however it's 9 years old! I am tempted to risk it and go, but it would be risky. Sorry if I'm being cheeky, but is there any way you could help since you are in the country? Or anyone who reads this comment. I would be eternally grateful. Thank you!😊
Awwww, I've not had a minute to watch your videos for a while. So lovely to come across this one. You guys are soooo CUTE together 🥰🥰. So happy for you xx

Doing your masters in Ghana? Are you not Ghanaian? Why we are so much brain drained
I'm guessing this comment is coming from the whole Dutch passport or PhD...which is very understandable but I did my undergrad in the UK and I'm researching African pop culture so I wanted to do that in Africa. I hope this doesn't make you feel like my brain is drained? 🙏🏾

Doing your masters in Ghana? Are you not Ghanaian?
I didn't graduate about 2yrs ago because i just couldn't get myself to start my thesis. Realised a little too late that i hated anything research with a passion 😅 I'm more of a video and summary kind of person so too many words just gives me a headache. Wishing you all the best Hannah on your journey 🦋
😅 the research is not the problem for me it’s the writing oooo 😂 but I’m determined to do this! For my undergrad I never did a thesis or dissertation. Firsttttt
Ayyyyy 💃🏾 thank you boo 🥰♥️
I’m glad to have found your channel and others to know the experience of current road traveling from Accra to Abidjan. I’ve been googling for reviews to know if flying is better than the road travel because of the difficulties at the Ivory Coast border. Do you know if there are challenges to go through Ivory Coast border when traveling with a Ghanaian card just for the purpose of not wanting to use a foreign passport which would require a visa. I have a personal business to deal with there and my reason for debating between road travel and air is just to recreate fond memories of my siblings and I traveling every long holiday with our dad to visit him there, the fond memories of seeing beautiful things along the road side and people selling stuff, that was about 25yrs ago when i was still in Ghana. Money to fly is not a problem but the stress and toll of dealing with immigration and police stops almost every 30 minutes to an hour only to be asking for bribes is my problem, if that still exists there, especially after being outside the Ghana for that long and being used to everything being done in a quick and timely manner. So based on the experience you had, which option would you choose if you had an option to go back there.
So glad you found my channel thank you so much for watching ☺️ we went with STC so we don’t have to stop for police checks and tbh the boarder wasn’t tooo bad they checked our documents and crossing over was 3 check points but coming back was much smoother. The only thing that delays time is other people 😅 so if you have a full bus and they have to get through everyone that’s what delays time other then that it’s manageable. I used my Ghana passport they prefer you use your passport because once you cross they can stress you with the Ghana card but you’ll still get by. But rules are always changing so when going please call STC and ask. In a dream world I would like to try a flight it’s 1 hour but roughly $350-$450 while the bus was 980GhC. But the time you can save taking a flight might be worth it. I hope this helps 🙈 please feel free to ask more questions 🙏🏾
@@PreciousHanah thanks for your reply. Where did you get the price quote $350-$450 for flying, is it at Kotoka it’s self because price quote on google is much higher.
@@atwesah1 I was planing for May and I was looking at sky scanner, they showed me emirates which was surprising. How much are you they showing you?
Amazing video with very insightful submissions. Ghana is not for the faint-hearted. 🙏❤😂
I’m lucky to have you see me through it! Because 😩😂♥️
Love this. You hit everything sis! We have to trust the process and just keep it going. We choose Ghana for a reason so we will hold each other hands and keep pushing. We got this 😆🙏🏽❤️
Amen Amen 🙏🏾♥️ Also I’m so proud of you and I can’t wait for you to come back 🥰💃🏾
Remembering your whys is so important. The truth is, that to be successful in anything...Work has to be put in, and that in itself can be a rat race...the secret is finding what you love to do, and that will not feel like a rat race wherever you are. I think the difference of doing so in Ghana, if you're a Ghanian or of any african background is that the connection to your roots is so impactful and can make a difference in your outcomes and just overall desire in doing things.
Honestly, so well put 🙌🏾♥️🙏🏾 How are you finding your move to Ghana so far ? 😁
@@PreciousHanah aweee Girl, we haven’t moved. Just back and forth visiting lol It would definitely be nice, but not on the books just yet. In the future tho 🥰🥰🥰
Would defitnetly love to hear about your rat race...For the Q&A: how can you start making connections once you move back, any tips on how to find and build trustworthy connections with people? Also I wanted to share these scriptures with you when you started talking about your self doubts; -Proverbs 4:12 (NKJV) -Proverbs 3:5-6 (GNTD) 'never rely on what you think you know' - that's how you can see those self doubts and when you're down talking yourself. Because they are not true, the more you walk in your purpose the more your believe in it will be tested..Just trust God and yourself! -Proverbs 1:33 (GNTD) -Matthew 6:27 (NKJV) focus indeed on your why! -Isaiah 41:10 He's always there, He'll keep on opening the doors and blessings when it's time!
Thank you for these scriptures 😍 love this appreciate you sis! Thank you for the questions too ☺️
I’d like to see a video about your “rat race” in Ghana, and for your Q&A - what are some of the reasons people shouldn’t move to Ghana in your opinion? Have/would you ever consider moving back to the UK or visiting for a long period of time? How do you go about meeting new people in Ghana?
Lovely questions! Thank you so much for watching and asking these questions. I will answer them for you in the next sit down video 😊🙏🏾♥️
Just discovered your page! So awesome! You said it so perfectly…”what’s your why”
Thank you so much for watching you are welcome to the family🥰🙏🏾 Understanding your why in anything you do in this life is important honestly 🙏🏾 Thanks again for watching 😊♥️
