That’s a great mold. Short story my buddy and I was practicing for an upcoming tournament and we found what we wanted in this small creek. He grabbed a beetle spin and started catching bream and laughed like a kid.

Man, those electric cables above you... be careful!!! Anyway, ever got two at the same time? Also, it seems very light rig... what rod spec are you using? Finally, drop shot hook style might mean you break off ple ty of lures on setting the hook, and fight, it always happens to me!!!

Great channel , just found it the other day . I use an alcohol burner for my heating , quiet easy to use . just fill it light it and when done pour back into can , can snuff it and use later but will evaporate

Awesome Day. That was on BOTH sides of the spectrum. Tiny baits and mongo worm. I think the Bass wants to show that Donkey rig whos boss and attack the back bait chasing the other one.

I can’t believe there’s not much content about making single hook inline spinners! Using larger single hooks on bigger heavier inline spinners making large fly like hooks. Only company I seen make them is roxstar, even they use a mustad hook at the end though.

By the way SDG....the only way I got bit using these was using it on a drop shot rig.

SDG.....been hood-winkled and bought some of these several months ago. Like most fishing lures, they are designed to catch fisherman rather then fish. I made a form and poured a few up and didn't do well on them. I also made sone out using a piece of thick oversized zinkos which did about as well. The biggest negative to these science fiction baits is the price. 30 bucks for 5 of these dice....no thanks....I will stick to my finnesse worms!

If Z-man wasnt so expensive people wouldnt have to try and build their own. And I know what people are going to say...well by the time you buy all the components the price is even higher. Years ago a "certain" soft plastic crappie company started making their products much softer and reduced the amount in each pack. This was by design so people got less and had to buy more because the baits didnt last half as long. Never bought their product again. With all the companies selling plastasol and all the neat pigments, glitters and colors.....i make all my own plastics now and I know what I am getting and they last twice as long. I am done with the big name greedy companies. Saved a ton of money as well.

My Donkey Rig set up was just found a few days ago… cut it off about 4-5 months ago ( flukes still on the hooks ) got lazy and just tossed it in the storage compartment … pulled the tackle storage box and some life jackets out and WAA LAA ..whuup there it is …got it already tied back on was going to try it at New Hogan lake and chase the stripers ……that smaller size & color would be just the ticket 🎟️ 😎💯. Let me know if ya have plans to drop some or taken orders ..

Very nice! I love the micro-Donk (no copyright, my gift to you!) I use a Big Bite straight tail, but has an articulated mid section. Nowhere near as sexy as your pours but works great with c-shaped hooks and spring keepers. GBTG.

Total Boat sells a great UV resin..I use it on all my naits and blades. I put thin coats on and use tge UV flashlight that comes with every bottle. A quick burst of light from the flashlight for about 30 seconds sets the resin a bit then I hang them in a UV box I built to finish the hardening
