@@elsahickman3379 Hi Elsa I prune back multiple times throughout the season. I don’t let Rosehips to stay on and I thin out on a regular bases because of the high heat and humidity her in Georgia. I only feed twice once in early spring and then end of July. Thanks for your support on this garden journey with me

Afternoon when we brought the house the screen porch had screen floor to ceiling. We add the wainscoting at bottom, moved the screen door to the other side where Kevin built our deck. Evening Susan thanks so much, I try to have color throughout my garden. With a lot of perennials in my garden I do try to be selective based on blooming time . So glad you enjoyed and for your support. Ps I shared the elephant ears I dug up to another garden friend. I know I probably didn’t get all the roots!

Afternoon that’s a good option this is the first year they have done this and I think it’s because I changed how I cut them back. My limelight’s fell over too but my lime prime are not so bad but they too are turning pink. Thanks for sharing your experience with limelight’s and your support

GM I got them from Home Depot 5 years ago. They are double knockout roses. I will say they get 6 foot tall in my bed, that is why I’m going to change them out this fall to ones that stay 3-4 foot. Thanks for your support on my garden journey

Evening I’m hearing that from a lot of gardeners. I know a lot of my plants bloomed earlier than normal. I’m not giving up I really want to be able to grow our vegetables. Thanks for sharing your experience

Evening Sonie we have had straight rain 10 days out of 12. Flash flooding that’s the reason I took potatoes into garage. I’m trying the potatoes again for a possible fall harvest along with the green beans. Fingers crossed

Afternoon Joellen for me too new at least with vegetables garden. I did zucchini and I did get 2 large ones but also had bores. My cherry tomatoes are producing consistently and my big boys just started to bear fruit. While it didn’t do as well it will not deter me from trying again. I encourage you to try again. I have some areas that are showing signs of suffer but that is due to to much rain for drought tolerant plant. Thanks for your kind words and support

GM with the high temperatures I get up before the sun hits the area I am working in just for that reason. I do have a neck fan that I do use or will put up my umbrella to block that sun.
