@@GeddyRC I’m glad you went for it, you will really enjoy it! The best advice I can give if you really use the car regularly is that once you get to the point where stuff is breaking on every run just pitch the car and buy a new one. That’s the beauty of it being such a cheap rtr. Trust me it will end up saving you money in the long run. I have spent the cost of the vehicle once over in replacement parts and the thing is still just sitting on the shelf right now because little issues pop up every time I take it out. But like I mentioned in the video, this is only an issue if you really drive the crap out of this car (which most people don’t). Have fun!!!

I don’t know? Maybe try re downloading the installer and running it again or tweak some of the settings. You could also try doing it on a different computer if you have one or rebooting the one you’re using. Good luck!

Yeah but only if u get the max tow package with a specific wheel base, 2 wd, the 3.73 rear axle ratio, and a specific wheel size. It’s highly likely that the truck in the video has all those features.

Yeah, I just use it as a WiFi card and I have a separate Bluetooth dongle.

Yeah, I only use the WiFi card for WiFi but I have a separate network adapter dongle plugged into one of the usbs.

Glad ur enjoying them. I typically like to wait for the stock parts to break before I replace them but I can understand replacing them all at once to reduce maintenance time and downtime. Btw I have run a lot of batteries through my Typhon, I would say prolly north of 100 cycles.

Use task manger to shut down oracle and then try opening oracle back up again or if it’s not installed yet reopen the installer file.

The cable’s just for Bluetooth but it uses a connector that only newer computer have so u prolly wouldn’t be able to use the cord even if you had it.

That’s pretty impressive, however one thing to note is you were towing a vehicle on a flat bed trailer as opposed to the hollow card board box that an rv is. The u-haul trailer itself is extremely low profile and has very little drag and then the expedition you were towing is a motor vehicle designed to have good aero dynamics at high speeds. Very few fifth wheels and travel trailers have good aerodynamics like this. Most of them are extremely edgy and squared off boxes anchored to a trailer frame that makes them want to act like a gigantic sail on the highway. Another thing to note is that with a car on a trailer you can adjust the tongue weight by moving the vehicle forward or backward on the trailer so you’ll be less likely to overload your truck. As for the fifth wheel shown in the video, the tongue weight is fixed (aside from loading heavy things in the rear of the trailer). Considering how there is an entire room of the RV located directly above the fifth wheel, fifth wheels typically have higher tongue weights than conventional bumper pulls. This then jeopardizes the payload capacity and rear axle capacity of the truck. So while I agree that that truck could easily tow 7,000+ pounds on a flat trailer, that’s not really the same situation in the video. I absolutely agree with you abt companies upselling people into larger vehicles though, there are wayyy more halfton and 3/4 ton trucks driving around that never get used for truck duties than there should be. People just buy em cuz they want to look cool but still have no conventional use for a truck.

It does the job.

The gears are still working but I haven’t used it very much since then because I broke a servo arm or sum and haven’t fixed it yet. Yeah, I’ve considered selling some parts on eBay before but I can’t really compete with the durability and price of brand new OEM replacement parts. That’s why it’s gotta be something specific and hard to find like you said!

It’s better if it’s the same as the internal ram. If you install faster ram it will only work as fast as the speed of the internal ram so you might as well save the money and not buy something overkill.

You'll fit a low profile GeForce GT 1030 4G card no probs. If you look around you'll find videos of people putting a GeForce GTX 1650 car in as well, but the GT 1030 works really nice for my 9020SFF.

@@Scorpionwins23 cool, I might actually look into that because the integrated graphics on that 4th gen i7 are pretty worthless for anything other than office duties and web searching. It was bottle necking when I tried to run Autodesk Revit because the graphics couldn’t keep up with the cpu. 😒

I just skipped past where it asked for the key and nothing stopped me. You can see this in the video. I had wondered if the product key would be an issue before I made this video but didn’t have any problem with it.

For a small home where range doesn’t really matter basically just buy the cheapest router you can find that gets good reviews and is fairly modern. I don’t really know that much abt the specs either but as long as it s fairly new it should be fine. Good luck!

A virtual box is not the best way to test the performance of an OS cause your computer will not be running optimally. Also if you decide to go for it you should know that windows ended support so it’s probably safer not to access the internet as the risk of viruses and hacking is much higher. Good luck!

I’ve had mine for almost a year and what you saw in the video was the only time it has ever skipped. It’s like it just needed to calibrate for its first disk and now it’s fine.
