Warm. That's how, "Just a Home Movie" makes me feel. There are poignant moments with the great grandparents (the walk, entrance, and speech), humorous bits like the cat and folks staring at the camera, the mundane of leftover bread, and even the joke of making your sister repeat the one line. Overall, this is incredible for how it weaves a compelling narrative that invites the viewer into a moment as simple and yet as special as a 100th birthday party. A solid seven. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

This is the best shark movie since jaws I love shark moves but few shark movies other than jaws can match the unmatchable splendor of meg 2 the one with the squids and evil humans

LOVE the cut at 5:15, that + the dialogue is so jarring i literally laughed out loud

the cinematography and lighting is so evocative, especially for such mundane-seeming subject matter, it really highlights the surreality of the scenario. im fascinated by the worldbuilding implications!

I have a theory what if sam had half sibling via Billy sid if they had a child in between scream 1 and 2? Sid give her child up for adopted?Will scream 7 be super close to 3 or will Billy sid child following in sid footsteps opposite to roman jill Billy Debbie?was it foreshadowing that sam Will become next ghost face?

I like the intentionality of the background music choice;-)

Master Piece,

0:36 says Hanake Tenet is great both seriously and unintentionally. Nolan was criticized for convoluted plots and exposition, which he sort of addressed on Dunkirk but then hilariously doubled down on Tenet, the crazy movie he wanted to make since Memento and ended up writing all by himself. I've read opinions that he should stay away from science fiction and just make dramas or tragedies but I'm personally not watching Oppenheimer, which is as grounded in reality as a story could be, it's even reportedly based on a non-fiction bio. I guess he really wants worthless awards now over bringing something new. Tenet left me so satisfied that his career might as well be over. He could retire from directing and I wouldn't mind.
