I bought one of these for my step son today passed an mot 4k on clocks its idling high like 5000rpm egr cause this? Im gonna see the idle screw tomorrow and have a see if i can get it running right

What rpm should the venom run at on idle,I've just bought one with an aftermarket exhaust on I'm doing the jets as I plan to fit an aftermarket air filter too I love the bike and will be keeping it its a 16 plate

Hi i got honda cg carb on my venom think mine is not running right i know its running 35pilot jet and 97 main i got standard air box and exhaust any advice u can give oplz with running evan top end bit flat sport only difference is egr delete

Hi m8 I’ve got the same bike too I’ve got a gr moto exhaust with baffles and wen I’m riding and go full throttle it bogs what could be the problem bud

What needle setting do I need put it on if there's a hesitation on 1.2 throttle 3.4 throttle as egr delete standard exhaust perfect pulled off buy soon as I pull 3.4 there's hesitate not sure if standard carb or cg one just needed to know so can sort that out many thanks

Dose it matter where the pin gos whenever i rev my bike the revs go up and slowly decline back to idle is this to do with the pin position

Quick note, the tail tidy modifications done here are illegal. There is no licence plate light and no rear reflector. Both of these things are an MOT failure. You can do it and may well be OK and never get pulled, but just be warned.

I have the blanking plate,How do I blank it off, ( blanking plate is easy) but I'm leaving the original air filter etc. What can I remove and what do I need to block off if anything. Many thanks

Hey man. Idk if you'll still see it after the years, but I'm having trouble with running my lexmoto zsb125. It starts well but shuts when accelerating. I need to clean the carb but don't know how to without removing it. Would u know how to by any chance?

What the size of both? 110 and slow 55? 45?

Only thing is my pilot jet runs rich and my main jet is perfect thing is there is no 37 main jet anywhere so I might take in more air then up jet the main jet oh and I've got a full system black widow 350mm the big open pipe

Mine has 38 pilot jet with 108 main jet and standard air filter

This bike is quite big for a 125. Don't let the name full you this bike packs a punch.

Matee, What air filter did you run with the cg carb?? And did you upjet that carb when you first got it?

I'm nearly 50 and been buggering about with bikes for years, my sons mate has just bought one of these so I thought I'd look at some videos... I'm very impressed with the logical, reasonable and well thought out modifications which you presented very well and more importantly, honestly. No bull about releasing extra horses or touching a ton with your head down; just making it a nice smooth and useable ride. I know kids get a hard time so, credit where it's due, well done you! Now get yourself a two stroke!!! 😉

Hi cronic venom i have just bought a venom a week ago and i have just stripped my card as its been spluttering bad at full throttle and can only get 55mph topend and just noticed its got a 120 main jet and a 35 pilot jet the only thing that is modified on the bike is the exhaust could you reccomend what size jet i would need for it not to splutter pleae thanks
