Calling Scenic World a “Theme Park” is a massive stretch IMHO. It just isn’t. Love the idea of Morgan’s Playland though. That’s an awesome idea.

This is a much better review than almost every other coaster enthusiast, my only objection is the length, like most people are saying the operations are amazing and it is a nuke of a ride, can forgive it. There’s nothing on the planet like it right now. You can ride a few RMC’s but there is only one Hyperia.. for now

Insanity at the strat has unfortunately been SBNO since march 2023 when it was also removed from the website, so it has likely given its last ride at the park.

Don't think that it would have made the list, but Kirby Family Farms in Williston, Florida, is a fairly interesting park without coasters. They have a referbushied train found abandonded on their property from CGA and hold multiple events including scary train and 6 gun territory wild west weekend, a tribute to the former six gun territory with the origonal actors doing live shows. Worth a look up or a visit if you are nearby. Owners are lovely folks that also run a charity.

The eurrka mountain coast was my favourite coastwr for a very long time. Was upset to see it go as dreamworld should of kept it.

i have a love hate relationship with sledge. Yes its a great ride but the operations and restraints are a big no for me. For some reason when im riding it seems that my restraint becomes looser and less restrictive. Idk if thats an illusion or its actually happening, its actually good how it does that otherwise the experience would be painful.

Quick tip. The closures times are ride close times not park closing. If yours in the queue line say closure is 6pm and you join the queue at 5:55pm they will keep the park open until everyone has had their ride.

Since you’re based in Ireland til september, I would 100% recommend checking out some more seaside parks in the UK with classic woodies and more modern coasters. There’s some really charming ones!

Well done for being the first person without an irish accent prouncing the rides name correctly! My wife is there purely for the thrills. I need the theming too. And Tír na nÓg has nailed both. A couple of great rides with real thrills on Na Fianna Force. Love love love these additions

Those STCs are so much fun! I haven’t ridden na fianna force but I’ve ridden hals-über-Kopf and it’s just a really really fun ride! Nothing world class but definitely one of the most fun and enjoyable coasters I’ve been on!

Kawasemi is part of the theme park section at Tobu Zoo Park. This section takes a large chunk of the park and the Zoo itself is seperated.

I have never been to luna park XD actually, ive never gone to any actual theme park.

the splash down is easily my least favourite part of this ride, and the brakes in that section hit WAYYYYY too hard, getting jolted so far forward there sucks, an extra element or two instead would've been way better, agreed with you there!

Great review. Some insights for the splashdown, originally there was planned to be a viewing plaza for it, but it got shelved for budgetary reasons. By which time it was too late to change anything, so now it just acts as a distraction for the trim. Money is also probably the same reason the layout isnt longer, however it slaps so hard i actually dont mind it. Hyperia is my number 4, its the coaster we've needed in the UK for a very long time!

It just struck me that hyperia is an easily clone-able layout, far more so than blue fire was, and £18M is very cheap for a ride like that, so I wonder if Mack gave them a discount so that they can use it to showcase the ride and sell more of them

I'm so jealous that you got to come from Austrailia and ride hyperia before I got to travel a few hours in the car there. I've been trying but my plans keep falling through, and now school holidays are here so the next chance will be September

I'm with you on most of the points here. Rode it twice this weekend and that outer bank turn is MENTAl. Loved it. Also agree with the "splashdown" break really hate it it s not as if youcan even see the effect off ride.... For the length.. yeah, coud have been longer but the fact that it hits so hard and they can keep the operations almost constant means I'm gonna forgive it that.
