whats the password for what if nobody reacts or just moaning is heard?
no idea. I worked for an alarm company here in the USA and our policy was -For sensor triggered alarms: ring the number on file once and if no answer (or person on line cant provide password) dispatch police -For audible panic button: ring number on file once and if no answer (or no password) dispatch police -For medical button: ring number on file once and if no answer dispatch ambulance (no password needed to dispatch or cancel) -For fire alarm: ring number on file once and if no answer dispatch fire (no password needed to dispatch or cancel) -For silent panic alarm: dispatch police (no phone call) As you can see, we only require passwords to be used for police based alarms to stop criminals from canceling alarms. We never ask for password for medical or fire and in all cases if no one answers or if wrong password is given we dispatch police. We are actually really clever because if you give us the wrong password we will actually tell you it is correct and even disable the alarm... but just you wait. Why you need a password to get medical help is beyond me.

@@blackfalcon1324 maybe it would be different if you work at a US monitoring centre which im uncertain off but UK police have tons of unnecessary laws that prevent monitoring station from calling them unless certain requirements are met which idk off

Do they do an alarm system where you can have wired in pir sensors and wireless contact sensors? Also do they have like a home mode were you can switch off certain things while leaving other things on?
Yeah you need a hybrid panel, wired and wireless , with the option to set different areas too. Or you can get an app which lets you disable certain zones when you want to
Was looking to see if there was a better way to avoid the anti tamper setting off the alarm. The best option I have found so far is to use a non-engineer code and then enable zone bypass for the zones that need changing. The tamper alarm won't trigger while the zone is bypassed. After changing unbypass all again. The reason for using the non-engineer code is so that the bypass menu shows descriptions which can be easier than digging out the list of mappings or checking the descriptions for zones in the programming menu. The newer models by RISCO have a battery change mode by holding the hash key and I was hoping there was something similar for the Infinite Prime that I just hasn't discovered.
Why did you obscure what you were doing by having your arm in the way?
To avoid alarm during change of battery: Use the Mastercode or the Installercode. In the Menu go to 7 "Service" - go to 7 "Transmitters" - go to 2 "TX Test".You will now have 7-10 minutes to change the batteries.Be carefull not to touch the laser inside the PIR, or to move the circut board up or down, that will effect the range of the PIR.

Hi Tim, thanks for your comment. Did you remember to push the botton "checkmark"? I have discovered, when I put in the new batteri and put on the cover, I have to do it right first time. By moving the cover off and on several times, the alarm still triggers. Can there perhabs be different versions of the Infinite Prime? If you get the clue, or find another way to change the batteries, please let me know. Best regards
fiorb2108 hi. Thanks for your quick reply. I pressed the 'checkmark' button but it bleeped like I couldn't access that option. So I guess it didn't enter that mode? I'll try and get a pro in. I did manage it with another sensor a while back but this one is further away so it's more stressful when the siren goes off! Thanks again!
