the fooking AUTODESK!
Super helpful! Thank you so much😀
Might as well be drawing in cad
The section line node is dissociated with the section head circle in its home position. You can see it in the video but you can see for yourself if you try to shrink down to a Detail number only callout which is half the size of the one he drew here. The only work around I can see is to draw in the line as a section mark within the head itself to make up for this gap.
Apreciate your elegant explanation
pls end me cad file
Does it include the layer width?
how do you download the insight 360 thingy in the first place??????
I don't see the Studs represented....
How do you make that outside tile wall look 3D like that? You dont have any video on it.
Why its 400, is that on feet or inches?
great!!!!!, thanks!!!!
Fabuloso, Nice to see, that even floor plans, are 3dviews. Thanks for the turorial.
this is the far best video related to this topic, thank you!
I don't have words to say how thankful I'm for your videos! Please keep doing this amazing job. You helped me so much! Thank you!!!!!!
Namaskaar sir
having to rename all my views into the categories they WERE in, is the frustrating thing about doing it this way.
great videos just found your channel, it seems your not doing any more recent videos?
Great! Thanks
Mine is not letting me print in vector, how do I solve it?
super helpful, thanks!
2024 revit. no you cant adjust the overall annotation scales. dont be stupid. you need to painstakingly resize or reload every single scale you can possible have on your project. roughly 12. so its 12 annotation edits. over and over again. 2024. Revit. Advanced BIM. A quick 12 minute video covers it. There is only 1 million other hoops and loops you will need to be sitting here trying to decipher.
completely useless and wrong
Amazing trick, thanks for sharing! I m wondering - there is no way to get this view in perspective (not orthografic as you are showing), is it? :)
Thanks,this is what I am looking for🎉
Hii,, why did youu select base constraint to -175?
Why did you choose inner to inner distances while creating grids?
The best part of your tutorials is that it doesnt have a sound , everything is written and i can hear music while working on revit
very good
Thank you. Finally someone with the answer to my problem!
Only works for parallelepipeds.
Really helpful video, thank you.
Thank you so much for these instructions!! This method really is amazing!
What is the elevation you have mentioned? Is this the benchmark?
Most newer CAD apps have tree navigation structures that can be used to control the visibility of individual objects and groups of objects. This paradigm is much simpler and more powerful than Revit's design option setup. Further, using an object tree approach it's easy to commingle high level massing elements with regions of more detailed modeling. Just use visibility settings to control the progression from massing study to detail in a single model.
After adding the beginning extension to the railing, the height exceeds from the flight part. How can I have the same height? "Add vertical..." is 'on' in the Edit Type.( I noticed it happens when we edit railing path of stairs and add the extension on the 'floor' like the video not on the landing that Revit creates. if it makes sense...). Any solution?
how do you rename these categories for example if you have a mistake to type the name ?
Hi great intro video. Could I ask if all members are on their own separate internet network, can this collaboration work? Could I also ask if outside of Revit and BIM360 is there anything else from Autodesk I need to purchase?
I would say yes, it does work even if members are on their own separate networks. It depends on firewall settings, etc. but BIM360 just connects users to Autodesk's servers instead of storing a central file on any one person's computer. No, nothing else is needed.
Thank you Legend! For the people that know how to use revit well enough skip to 12mins for the calculating FSR . like this comment if it helped you.
thank u
Wrong method
why? can you teach me the proper way?
i wonder how many dislikes this video has
how did the topo was able to cut in section. i mean the outer?
Pls. Share cad file
Thanks it is very helpful to learn this from you, will be following you to learn more. Thanks again
And as a bonus from Revit: It cannot copy and paste Word text. Now, you only have to paste the text into Notepad, lose all formatting, then recreate it in Excell (which Revit can't read in 2023), then follow some long procedure in Acad. Once that's done, you can link a completely non-editable version of the table to Revit. Now, let's just say you need to add a few words to this table...
MASSIVELY convenient! So nice of Revit not to be able to read Excell. And not to mention the easy quick 200 step process in AutoCAD. Fantastic!
Hello can you share wıth me cad file please
