What an unusual tragedy. I had no idea from your title that it would be so much molasses! Thanks for sharing this story.

#1. I am seeing this out of sequence with the most recent episode of Occurrence, as well as a good 2.5 weeks since you published this recounting and I extend my sorrow for the misfortune(s) that you have recently encountered. I wish you well in the recovery and return to your normal life. #2. I was aware of this incident ad it happened, live. In 2017, I was disgusted with political situation, here in the US, and all the TV coverage on the occupant of the White House. So, I stopped watching domestic news except relevant things such as the weather. I started watching Sky News out of Britain. I found that I was able to know what was happening in the States and, of course, received a heavy dose of UK news. It was while randomly watching Sky News, that I saw their equivalent of "Special Report" and I saw much of your archived footage play out live. #3. Once again, you gave a well presented documentary of this event. Solem as the subject is; it was a pleasure to watch.

#1. I congratulation you on the clarity of your verbals descriptions of the various climbing devices. Your narration complimented the video exceedingly well. #2. I wasn't shocked more or less by any of these stories because they were equal in the degree of ignorance, incompetence and sheer arrogance of these people. They knowingly go into a situation in which they lack experience, understanding and even a cursory level training. They didn't dress properly or establish a backup plan in case something went wrong and on and o. It goes. So, there's nothing that is particularly shocking in how eachof these scenarios played out. #3. You said it yourself, " you can't Imagine going into such situations ". And that is because you exercise critical, rational thinking and plain old common sense. NONE of the people you reported on possessed any of these attributes.

I enjoy your videos and have been watching since the first video I think. I wanted to let you know it's really hard to find your videos on CZcams. I looked up your name, your name mixed with "caving" "stories" "fire" and nothing having to do with you would come up. I looked in my history searching by key words, again, your channel name, and key words and even there, nothing. So I went one by one through videos to find your channel so I could watch this!! I hope you can get more audience, your content is so thorough and clean.

I really appreciate the depth of your content; you're one of the best at this type of thing. So many similar videos are just focused on the dramatic aspects and don't go into any of the deeper issues.

Coincidence! Seventy-two hours ago I completed a 30 mile walking marathon. I wore snake boots, which are exactly as the name implies-protection against venomous snakes, that are additionally waterproof. On the day of the walk, the weather forecast called for rain and coupled with my being in snake country, along with uneven terrain and brambles, I believed that I wore the best boots for the circumstances. Unfortunately, I developed a very large and painful blister on my left foot but still completed the course. The reason, I wrote all of this: I am lying here with my foot elevated watching your documentary of the same type of endeavor. Coincidence and possibly a touch of irony....🎉

If I remember correctly, the compression sickness is also called the bands, but it was reasonably called kathon's dizeus. And if I remember correctly you may need to do the research on it back. When they were building bridges on some of the bridges in New York, they were digging down. And people were underneath the emp chambers to bring the pillars down. Deeper and deeper people would come out extremely sick. And in severe pain and the nose chambers, we called Kay songs.

It wasn't necessary to stress his age as you did. It was a combination of a preexisting heart condition and not yet having recovered from pneumonia that likely caused his death. Not his age. When you get few more miles on your odometer; you'll understand and perhaps report with tact and diplomacy.
