This was a quick and easy build. Should be about 800lbs /- a little. There are probably better ways to do it, but as long as it's heavy and holds together, that's all that matters.

If you're interested in purchasing this kit, email me @ circledfab@outlook.com and I can get you more info. After adding everything up, I think I could comfortably get this to your doorstep (continental US) for $460 applicable tax. Sure beats buying a new boom, and still having the same problem! Thank you for the information but those are two major flaws that this Tractor should not have they’re building stuff into these tractors that just should not be there, The ones I have have entirely too many safety switches Heddings Farm CZcams
Yes, they have lots of safety features that are quite annoying, especially at first. Once you get use to them, it's second nature, just like anything else. Overall, I do really still enjoy this tractor, and would buy another one. Thanks for watching!
7/26/2024 When installing a cover with RTV I have an assortment of long bolts with the head removed and a slot cut in the end for easy removal with a screw driver. Use 2 of these across from each other to guide the cover and not smer the RTV. JUST A HELPFUL HINT.
What fluid did you fill it with?
CNH Hytran.
I saw a video where you just remove the plastic and raise up the rubber boot. There is a nut you can loosen and rotate the tighten nut
Is there a way to move the loader joystick back or replace it?? Just bought me the 75
I've been told that it's pretty easy, but I haven't done it yet. I got use to it, and it doesn't bother me.
Please send the link for Kubota tractor book
It got taken down. I'm sorry.
Looking at one of these how is it doing any issues? Thanks
It's been a great machine for me. I'd buy another one. I've spent lots of hours on a JD 5065E and I would never buy one, for lots of reasons. I try to like it, but it is pretty crude. Just my thoughts. Best of luck with whatever you get!
A bit late to the comments here, but I have the same issue with the clearance on the two latching arms and the pin not fully retracting. What did you use to cut the notch? My angle grinder doesn’t really fit in there.
I used an angle grinder with the guard off, and a new wheel, and it barely got the job done. I think I used a sawzall for finish it. It wasn't easy.
How big of tractor do you guys think you need to run this
That's going to depend on how much it weighs, but I would say 45hp. You would definitely need a counter weight on the back.
watching this, I think we are in time, but we get a lot of failed knots. any thoughts?
Is it always the same knotter that misses? So many things it could be. Make sure your twine is routed properly, no grease on the twine discs, the needle spacing where it hands the twine to the knotter is correct, and the bill hook tension isn't too tight or too loose. If all that is correct, it should tie perfectly. One more thing: On the top of the tube for the bill hook assembly, there should be a plastic cap. Pull that off and shoot some spray lube of your choice down inside, and put the cap back on. Most people don't know about it, and it can make it not tie, or even worse, destroy your bill hook assembly. I hope this helps! Let me know.
@@DennysCountryLife grease on the twins discs? Like the knotters themselves? I will take a look at the bill hooks tomorrow as well. I am normally on the tractor so I am learning all I can to see if I can figure out what's going on, and get us some squares. We only have one animal in the barn that we need them for at the moment, so we only need like one trailer full for next winter.
@@DennysCountryLife thank you for taking time to respond and give me an idea of what I'm looking for.
Thanks you so much!
Nothing wrong with Kubota…👍
Glad to see you add it again, nice rake. We are so dry in our area in the lower Rio Grande Valley, Texas I can even grow hay. But today we got some rain. My brothers laid Fertilizer down, I couldn't get any they sold out.
Sorry to hear about the dry weather. That's rough. I hope you get enough moisture to get some cattle fed. God bless!

A long time my friend, hope you have been well.
Hey, Chris, good to see you. Man. make videos when you can don't worry about the rest. 🙂
Good to hear from you brother! God bless!
Hi Chris, it was so good when I receive a notification from your channel, glad you are doing great and thanks for the feedback on the tedder and NH
Hey, thanks Jan!! I appreciate it bud!
Good to see you!
Thanks Tyler!
Nice to see you back man.
Thanks! I'm going to at least try a little this year. Ha ha
well looky here, nice looking tedder.
Thanks Dave! It's so nice to not have beater equipment.
Good to hear from you again Thanks for the equipment review. Hopefully, you'll do a video on the Kubota rake 😉 i was down for 3 day's waiting for hydraulic hoses for my Krone MoCo .I didn't realize Germans had their own ideas for hydraulic fittings 🤦♂️
That's terrible! Is it not a BSPT? Krone does make a fine product. I'll have to make a video with the rake. My problem is, I just have my phone, and no editing software, so everything is done in one shot. Thanks for watching bud! Hope all is well for you.
If you don't mind, about how much does a 4 basket Kubota tedder cost new?
10-14K is pretty normal. I think I paid 9k for mine, three years ago.
Those rotary rakes are the best 👍🏼
Agreed!
Good to see another video from and and glad you are doing well. That's neat about the grease fittings all lining up, handy for sure. How's the syrup supply holding up? I going up north next week if you need some more just let me know. Rick.
Hey bud! I really appreciate that, about the grease fittings. It's the little things. I would never turn down that syrup! Ha ha. I believe my address has changed since last time. I'll get that to ya. How's the retired life??
@@DennysCountryLife Retired life is good. Email me your new address.
Good to see you again. Denny's country life I just finished getting the dust off of my hay grapple/accumulator that your video inspired me to build my own.
That's outstanding Michael! I love hearing about the influence that build had for some people. How's it working by the way?
@@DennysCountryLife it's working great. I would like to show you some pictures that I took of it and some video of it in action . But, I don't know what I'm doing as far as that technology goes.

@@DennysCountryLife That's the year I started my channel
Glad your back. I've been uploading videos on my channel
Have you considered building those to order. I'm interested
Just finished clearing 500ft of overgrown three board horse fence. 6 inch Russian olive, thick vines, thorn bushes, poplar, mulberry, and poison ivy had all grown up through it. Had to remove it all by hand with a chainsaw, hedge trimmers, and a push mower. Cut everything to ground level then treated with round up. Rented a high sided dump trailer and neighbor loaded it with his Kubota with grapple. Hauled all the brush to the dump. Next big purchase is a tractor with an offset flail mower. I WILL conquer the fence line!
Sounds like a bunch of fun! Ha ha. A tractor will be a worthy investment for certain.
I'm confused? I thought there are slots in the plunger where the needles come up thru while plunger cycles inward so what hits the needles and breaks them?
The recesses aren't deep enough for the plunger to not hit it, if it's out of time. They are only so deep. That's what the plunger stop is for, and why it needs to be maintained. That's what saved my needles in this instance.
Food coloring in the mixture to show where you been?
Enjoyed the video, informative, thought process involved
Thank you Robert!
I am so glad I watched this! I’m in the process right now of building an accumulator and I only have 18-1/2 inches betweeen! Believe before I go any further I’m going to move everything over… I might build a grapple just like yours next, thanks for putting these videos together. Liked every one of them
I think you need to watch a video on how to handle cattle
This was our very first head of cattle, and we had no equipment and almost no experience a the time. We now have a squeeze chute and proper setup. Thanks for commenting.
Help I got shaft out and put it back together now 4x4 not working
Hi ! Thanks for the video and review . You can download : Miller Weld Settings Calculator alculator and it's helpful for different types of welding processes and settings . A buddy turned me on to it . He's a professional Pipefitter for the Longshoremen . I have the same two machines and they work great . I have a Miller Maxstar 150 S , Oxyacetylene Set up , Lincoln A/C D/C Stick welder and a INE Skyline 1500 150amp TIG and Stick welder . Self taught and just having fun learning more the different processes and just making sparks . I started in Highschool Metal shop and loved welding things . I recently got a Plasma Cutter because I liked all the positive reviews and it cuts better than expected . Amazon has the best price and free shipping . 😊
Where do you get your shear bolts for your baler?
Any hardware store. Just make sure it's grade 2 so it shears if needed.
Thanks man
Well that sucks that you found yourself having to modify the attachment. Good thing you're handy with the tools to fix it & make it work. Thanks for sharing your tale of whoas. Take care.
Thanks bud! It's to be expected with knock-off equipment. With a little love, most things can be great! Take it easy!
I have a Titen grapple. It hooks up to the quick connection ok, can pop off if under pressure. It is too tall from top to bottom. I keep telling myself I need to put a spacer in the top so it is titter. Now that I have a decent welder, I need to do it. You are right about lack of quality today.
Long time no see!
I has been some time! I got a wild hair. Ha ha
Nice to see you again Chris! I'm thankful my NH came with SS attach on the FEL. Question, are those the factory hydraulic connections on the FEL arms? I need to change mine out but been struggling finding the right connections.
Yeah, it's weird.. all the NH tractors that come from this dealer have SSQA, but they had a group of them come in during covid that were Global QA. I honestly like the Global better, but all my attachments are SSQA. Those are the factory couplers for third function (flat face) and I really don't like them. I'd love to swap them out for Pioneer, but the way they mount is odd, and I haven't felt like screwing with it. Hope all is well Zach!
Good to see you back Chris, great modifications that works for you, that is what matters
Thanks Jan! Maybe I'll get back into the swing of things and make some farming videos again. We'll see.
Good to hear from you again. I sorta went through the same thing on quick hitch for my tractor, except I ended up spending more money 😢 my mower and rear blade were Land Pride, so I ended up buying the Land Pride Quick hitch Hope y'all had a good Easter 😊
