you know there's this game called Veloren which is free and Open Source that's something like cube world (but is actually actively updated). it might not be quite like cube world alpha, but i think it's a similar project that's worth looking at. since i dont see many people talking about it

Before i watch this im guessing it will be the same problems i had with the game i pre ordered it a year in advance and was extremely disappointed when i got it the BIGGEST PROBLEMS were for me the fact it was EMPTY the world is big but NOTHING was going on no real side quests really and the fact it had so many blocked off places you should have been able to jump to and explore and let's not talk about the way you loot for nothing pretty much they screwed up big time the game had such a big potential and I was so excited for it just to be sad and angry on release day I played it for one day and then never picked it back up

i hopee they get to work on a sequel so that they can fine tune everythingg they did in the first one.

everybody knew that was a cashgrab 2.0, just another scam, its like if the devs of the day before did another game like that scam just to get more money, and scam people again. this game was the reason why i rather crack indie games than buy, if i see that the game has a future and it is not a scam, i'll buy, if not, why would i throw money in the trash

I just realized why there are such strange cutscenes of the basement. Its supposed to be your imagination wondering whats in there.

Theres one issue with the 'graphics' issues with Heat. Games like Second Extinction, Generation Zero, Fallout 4, Subnautica, all games that are open world pretty much. Most of them have releatively appealing graphics to even really good graphics, without half as many problems as Heat. Sure the devs for Second Extinction also abandoned it, but it was at a genuinely fun and playable level when they did, so it wasnt a complete disaster. But Heat.... it just sort of feels like an excuse to stop working on a failed experiment.

I really enjoyed it. Not the best game by any stretch, but it was wonderfully unique and I'm glad I played it. Sure it could have been better; but I still enjoyed it.

i think people just need to find ways to have fun with it, i completely understand everyone’s issues with it and in disappointed aswell, but you just gotta abuse the bugs for fun ways and its not that baf

I remember I played this game but I literally couldn’t progress any further because I went into that one weird Easter Egg where you’re teleported into the town and it’s black and white, and for some reason all your items are invisible and I accidentally threw the umbrella :/ But besides that I think Secret Neighbor and Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek are way more fun than the originally game

This whole Biomutant thing and putting off deadlines to make it perfect gives me major vibes to Hollow Knight: Silk Song Im very excited for it and absolutely adore the lore and gameplay of Hollow Knight, but its delays are getting out of hand to me. But I still feel excited for its release. Similar to how with Biomutant, many people seem to still be relatively excited for its release, despite missing deadlines.

I'll be honest the story isn't as good as to say play it even if it's a boring and buggy game. Seriously even at discount there are better games than this, heck you could even buy Bioshock for that money
