As a landscape photographer, you are probably familiar with using the Contrast slider in Lightroom to add some depth to your images. However, global changes to contrast can lead to other issues with your landscape photo as the brights get pushed too bright, and the darks swallow all the detail.
This is where understanding midtone contrast can help take your landscape photos to the next level. In this video, I talk about midtone contrast, why you want to be aware of it as a landscape photographer, and two ways to target the midtones for contrast adjustments.
